I’d say this is the best hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is close to metro. However, it does not have breakfast which is a point that must be taken into consideration. Yet, it would be nice to address the issues.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel during my vacation. The location was perfect, close to popular landmarks and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was beautiful, showcasing elegant architecture and tasteful decor. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Very polite people. All in reception are a delight. My room was the one with balcony, which I paid more for it and it had very bad bathroom. It was smelly with broken toilet cover and problem with the hot and cold water.

Avoid this hotel! We left the hotel after one night and lost our money. The rooms are very dirty, unsanitary and smelly. There is dust everywhere, the floor is dirty, the beds are dirty, the bedding does not smell fresh and had stains. I entered the toilet with a mask because it smelled so bad. The ventilation did not work. I didn't want to take a shower there either. I had surgery and was afraid to catch an infection in this hotel! The staff is very aggressive! When we communicated that we didn't think the room was clean, they yelled at us. Never again!!!

I would have liked to rate them higher based on the customer service offered but we had issues with the cleanliness of our room which was a deal breaker for me! There was literal mold and soap scum all over the shower. You could easily tell that there hadn't been an attempt to clean it in a while. We walked to a local store, got cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves but it was a huge huge no for me based on that alone. Also we were supposed to receive complimentary breakfast but the restaurant was closed so there was none.

It was literally the worst hotel i have stayed in, the staff was terrible with bad attitudes, the rooms weren't very good and it's not family friendly at all. Worst choice of hotel i had by far
