We were shocked when we arrived. The rooms were not clean, hair lying on the floor, the bathroom had lots of mold in the corner, the wardrobe wasn’t cleaned and there were stains on the beds. Also the rooms were smelly and the balcony door wasn’t closing properly. We had to ask for toilet paper daily since the rolls were not filled up after the daily “cleaning”. Cleaning here means just straightening the bed sheets and exchanging the towels. The floor or the bathroom were not cleaned in the whole time of our 5 day stay.
The location was a bit off for the the plans we had but not the worst.
The breakfast was okay but in the -2 floor, a bit weird to eat in the cellar. Was not comfortable or inviting at all.
The one star is for the staff who was shy but kind.
I would not recommend to book this hotel if you’re looking for a nice and clean place to stay when you get tired of the loud city and want to relax for the night or a nap at daytime.

the hotel is terrible, the maids stole money from our purses, and in the end they pretended to be crazy in front of the hotel manager, who was attacking us for not putting the money in the safe.(while the day before that the maid knocked on our door and entered the room while we were sleeping)

First if u wanna sleep in quiet place don’t visit this hotel,it’s dirty and only mopping the floor daily no towels changing no sheets changing,also they’re greedy if u don’t tell them to bring shampoo and soap they will not put their,don’t forget about the light which is not good enough,the last thing i want to mention the WC is like what other peoples are saying

The service was not bad but they have to develop their services to four-star hotels and they will become one of the most beautiful hotels in the surrounding area.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Perfect location close to all the tourist attraction, 20 minute walk from grand Bazaar. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast provided was of a large range and very tasty. All restaurants and shops were situation right outside and open till late. Very family and kids oreitated area. Rooms were cleaned daily with toiletries provided. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The area felt very safe and was able to walk around at any time of the day or night. Access to taxis to travel further out also, we were dropped off and picked up right outside the hotel doors. Hotel staff were respectful and made me feel safe and this was the most important thing for me as I felt reassured with my family going out themselves. The price of everything was reasonable and affordable and no-one was trying to rip us off. The staff at the hotel really made our experience special. We stopped for 10 days and they were always there to meet our needs.

Be aware of vacation package scams. If something seems to good to be true, it likely is. They will take their commission on your trip packages, so you are better off booking trips yourself.

Problems with the hotel:
-Taxi or cars can’t come to the front of the gate (walk to Main Street)
-problems with rooms when booking (could give you the room the next day)
- bed sheets are never changed (had to ask which took long)
-can hear everything from the other rooms even from the escalator (very thin walls)
- long waiting time for hotel service
- Asked for a taxi to the airport, had to wait over an hour
-minimal products in hotel e.g toilet paper and shampoo (not always provided or refilled)
-some packets of butter and jam in breakfast are rotten and out of date (mould when you open it)
Good things about the hotel:
-bed is comfy
-hotel staff are very nice, helpful and friendly
-nearby shopping malls

Never visit this hotel again. The hotel is really dirty. they don’t clean they rooms good, don’t put the beds in order and don’t wash the shower. That’s should be a must in a hotel which cost not less!!!! They shelve are also dirty and a lots of coffee stains on the table. Really disgusting. The breakfast are every morning same and have just one kind of bread. Never more I wish I would give zero star

Hotel Manager is a big cheater, we requested to arrange a trip to Bursa, total 8 persons, he took 1,300/- TL from us, he showed me a package from "She" company then he booked our trip thru "Shelaal" which is TL 95/- only for one person but he took from us TL 162.5 for one person. He took extra 540 TL for nothing. He is big cheater, please arrange your own transport, if you want to go somewhere.
