My Turkish Airlines layover flight was delayed for 13 hours and we were given a free night’s stay here at the hotel. There was free transport to and fro. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the airport so the distance is acceptable.

Check in was quick and no hassle, as the airport had handled the hotel booking properly and our details were pre-given to the hotel reception.

Free breakfast was provided, though we did not wake up for it 😂
The room was spacious with 2 free bottled water, bed was comfortable and fresh towels were provided.

In the morning at checkout, there was a British Karen at the reception running her mouth about all the unfortunate events she had suffered (basically because one personnel yesterday did not speak English to her), but the receptionist handled it very patiently and professionally. Very well handled 👍🏻

Fly Turkish Airlines from Zurich, Switzerland to Kuala Lumpur. Missed our connection flight in Istanbul.
Layover overnite complementary of Turkish Airlines. Nice hotel, Nice Rooms, Good Breakfast, Good Internet. Next to a small shopping village. Buy some overnite clothings & tasted Turkish coffee at next door Cafe. My 5 Star Rating is for Transit stay. But if you are visiting Istanbul. Logistically there other better options.

Enjoyed my first time ever in Turkey. Had a layover due to Turkish Airlines’ lateness leaving the USA. Oğuz and the crew (Enver and Alanur was AMAZING. I’m a Hilton honors member and they made my stay feel special and upgraded my room to a suite. My experience with the team here was very very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty okay as well.

Thanks guys for making my stay feel special.

For its category of hotels its great!
About 25 mins away from airport but closer than central Istambul. Less crowded area. Right next to a shopping center with food options. Clean room, comfortable beds. Decent service and certainly better than any Hampton inn in the US. No complaints!

The rooms are clean and services are good. Front desk people, food service people are prompt and helpful.

The location is also great. You will find a mall, multiple restaurants to taste local food nearby (almost the nest building of the hotel)

Pro tip: if you don't find brush and toothpaste in the room, contact reception. They will provide you the kit.
