Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location is ideal, close to bars and restaurants, that’s where the positives end. The negatives are numerous : the traffic noise is unbearable, even late at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. As for the mattress, it was an absolute disaster—so hard that you might as well sleep on the floor. The pillows were equally uncomfortable.

Moreover, the staff is extremely unhelpful and speaks almost no english, which made communication frustrating and difficult. No effort was made to meet our needs or improve our experience.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, and I will never set foot there again on my future trips to Istanbul.

Rooms:
I’ve booked a room without a window but it was super clean and comfortable.

Service: I’ve booked my room around 11pm, when I arrive 30m after my reservation wasn’t in the system, to complicate the person that is receiving doesn’t speak any English (also not the one In the morning) that makes things harder, maybe a hotel in downtown should have people who can at least understand English?
For breakfast I’ve order a coffee (paid apart of the breakfast) and had to wait 10m for it. Has soon as I said to cancel the coffe it miraculously was served.

We were 6 people and had 3 rooms. We stayed for 6 days. The staff was amazing. The manager of the hotel was very nice and friendly. The location was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. And the beds were comfortable. Would come back and stay here for sure

We did a quick one night stay here on 9/6. The room was nice, the staff was friendly. We had a few good Turkish breakfasts during our trip and this one was our favorite (restaurant on the roof, also had a lovely view). I do think we may have gotten ripped off by the valet parking out front ($30 USD for one night) but we were exhausted from travel and didn't ask any questions and I am not totally sure if they were associated with the hotel. Overall would recommend. Thank you!

I stayed at the penthouse suite with friends for 9 nights. I think this hotel is in the perfect location- less than a 5 minute walk to both the Karaköy ferry station and the Karaköy tram station, making it super easy to get around the city. The hotel offers great views and the rooftop restaurant didn’t stop short of that but also had delicious food.

Me and my family went to eat here expecting a great experience, however, we got to restaurant at the rooftop and immediately received attitude and poor service. we politely asked for a table but wasn’t given the one we wanted due to “our dress code”. There were multiple people right in front of us whose dress code wasn’t up to par who were already sat down so that was clearly an excuse. Overall, me and my family expected a great experience however were received with the worst service any of us had ever received from anywhere let alone a restaurant.

Went to eat with my family to the roof top restaurant and were shown massive amount of attitude and racism. A tall guy with mustache maybe the supervisor or manager is the one in question. Wouldn't give us a table we were asking for and then made excuses of our dress code when all the other customers were not in code nor the staff. Far from it. Shame on the management to even keep someone like that individual!

excellent location. Close to the Galata bridge to walk across to the old town, amazing sites, restaurants and hammams close by. We had a wonderful receptionist who was so welcoming and helpful with luggage storage.

Cool vibe, amazing location, fantastic room at a great price. They have a rooftop restaurant which I did not visit but I’m sure it was great. I would stay here again in a minute.
