I really loved the hotel, especially breakfast and good behaviour of workers. You can reach the Sultan Ahmet square within 5 minutes

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the charming Regaip and his colleague, who provided us with a detailed map and excellent recommendations for local attractions. Their suggestion for a tour turned out to be a highlight of our trip.
The hospitality extended further with the delightful Turkish coffee they prepared for us, adding a touch of local flavor to our experience. The service here is truly outstanding, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions of the old town. There’s also a trolleybus stop right next to the hotel, making it convenient to reach other parts of the city.
The rooms are elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay.

Our experience with HHK Downtown was extremely frustrating. After a major issue with another HHK location, we were transferred here. I hoped this would resolve the situation, but unfortunately, it did not.
Upon arrival, we were told they could only accommodate us for one night, despite having booked for two nights initially. This forced us to waste the entire following morning trying to find a new place to stay. When we tried to address the issue with the staff, they simply blamed the other HHK branch, showing no willingness to help or take responsibility for the situation.
In the end, we had to book another hotel at the last minute, which ended up costing three times as much because of the lack of advance notice. The lack of coordination and customer service at HHK Downtown made this an incredibly disappointing experience.
I cannot recommend staying here, and I suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable service.

I really enjoyed my stay at HHK DOWNTOWN hotel. The hotel is confortable the staff was really helpfull especially Mr Regaib and Mr Emrah they are always ready to help. İ will recommended this hotel for everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, it was very good, the breakfast was good, every day they added a new and different item, my stay was very pleasant. I stayed on the fourth floor, I don't know exactly why but I believe that when all the guests take a shower at the same time there is no water, it would start to go out for a little while and then dry the tap, after a few minutes it would come back, it wasn't a big problem but it happened . the staff are super attentive.

Very nice personnel helpfull, clean cozy rooms,nice street view, in the middle of main turist atractions and 10min grand bazar walk.
