I really enjoyed my stay at HHK DOWNTOWN hotel. The hotel is confortable the staff was really helpfull especially Mr Regaib and Mr Emrah they are always ready to help. İ will recommended this hotel for everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, it was very good, the breakfast was good, every day they added a new and different item, my stay was very pleasant. I stayed on the fourth floor, I don't know exactly why but I believe that when all the guests take a shower at the same time there is no water, it would start to go out for a little while and then dry the tap, after a few minutes it would come back, it wasn't a big problem but it happened . the staff are super attentive.

Very nice personnel helpfull, clean cozy rooms,nice street view, in the middle of main turist atractions and 10min grand bazar walk.

We book more than 5 rooms for me and my family and we all think the same.
The rooms are noisy, small and not tidy.
The service is litterally useles because they don't speak english. Furthermore they book a taxi for us and we couldn't understand how the price was that high, until we discovered that the receptionist got a big comission for it.
Lovation is the only good thing about it.
I won't come back.

since one of the employees took my phone claiming he needed the registration # from booking and gave it a 10/10 review, i will write mine here. otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.
the value is great for the price, thanks to the location. we parked our car at a nearby hotel's parking from previous experience. breakfast is ok except for the coffee
attention to detail is lacking with the cleaning. dirty walls/edges of the floors, stained sheets and backboard, the handles of the windows were barely working.
overall i would recommend only for short-term visits, if you are not very picky

The room was decent but the bed sheets appeared to have some sort of bugs (I was itching throughout the night). I reported it to the receptionist but he seemed indifferent. In general, the service was lacklustered. The food was also basic. On a side note, never book the basement room. After being taken there, I refused to stay and upgraded to a room on the upper floors.
If the bed issue was not present, I could have tolerated the hotel due to its reasonable price and good location. But based on my experience, I will not be staying here again.

Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay there !
The room, the breakfast and the location; all are perfect!
However the best part is their very professional and helpful staff. Always ready to help their guests with much love!

The hotel was excellent and the administration Mehmet was very helpful and nice to us, he explained all the locations in the city and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommended!

I've stayed at HHK Downtown Hotel between Oct. 28 - Nov. 07, 2019. I'd like to give the highest rate for the staff. Everyone of them was polite and very professional. All my questions were answered immediately and never ignored. Hotel rooms and bathrooms were clean and fresh as well towels were replaced every day.

New hotel, very clean and quiet even though it's close to center. All main attractions are nearby, tram station just 100m away. You'll have to walk uphill those few hundred meters but it's not a big fuss, also plenty of side streets full of restaurants and shops make it more interesting. Rooms are amazing and clean, very professional staff, always helpful with all you might need. I definitely recommend this place!
