Goods walking distance and transportation
If you’re trying to looks for good quiet place to stay this is not a place .breakfast it’s good for few day only. Room security not goods if yours rooms closed to elevators even worse.it is hiding from cameras…during a weeks stay . I’ve guy who is working for hotel walk in to my room twice in a week stay .. they’re thinking no one is in the room

Lovely property located very conveniently at the main road.
Rooms are comfy and very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and always smiling.
Special shoutout to Serdar from the Consierge desk. He is a gem and extremely responsible person. He personally made sure that my friend's laptop was duly picked up by the courier service. Thank you Serdar. You are a Rockstar.

Serdar his the best in the hotel he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything and he help me to now all things about my stay. Please I need all the hotel staff to take serdar example because it’s really give good image about hospitality. The room was very dirty and not clean properly and it was no amenities in my room. 7 days I’m not reserved my amenities as diamond elite. Thanks for the boys who’s make my check in also he was good and helpful.

Great hotel. The location is not in old city but steps away from the tram so makes it very easy to get to the attractions. Room is spacious, staff is helpful and friendly. The onsite Turkish bath is free and we enjoyed it very well. Nice gym and swimming pool as well. Great value overall, highly recommended.

I spent 5 nights a this hotel, hotel is 10min by tram to core center of istanbul. 1st night we got terrible twin room after intervention at reception as Platinum member I got free upgrade to Suite and that room was cool. Only bathtube in the bedroom is crazy. Hotel has swimming pool.

Spending only a night here but it seems like our staff here are amazingly kind and beautiful. We spent some time with bartender Esengul who was very kind to share stories with us comforting our stay here.

Very bad
If you are Arab please think of another hotel to pick from because me and my Arab (hijabi) family were treated with utter disrespect.
I went to the reception to complain about rooms being not clean although I checked in an hour ago, and he started yelling at me and my mom and blaming us for it being dirty. 10 minutes of us arguing until he sent someone to clean the rooms.
Not recommended at all.

Last year my family and I decided to check into this hotel. I don’t know, but at the time of arrival there was a renovation going on or something else, so the robot workers didn’t have time to pay attention to us, but still they were as polite as possible, for which we respect 👍.Internet worked but was a bit different from other hotels . It was comfortable and fun. We are also planning to come to this hotel this year. I hope that the hotel has been updated and has not lost its friendliness in the eyes of customers. The date of the last visit is somewhere in early August 2023. You won’t find me in the database since I didn’t book the rooms (I’m telling you not to waste extra time on me). A very central place. Right opposite the Metro station which is a boon in Istanbul city.Friendly staff ready to help and serve.Property is well kept .
I recommend to use their in room dining which is value for money and the portion they serve is sufficient for two.I had ordered Tomato Walnut Salad and Chicken Shish Kebab. The quantity was more than sufficient.Breakfast are spread us slightly weak when compared to other Holiday Inn properties world wide. There is reposition of the menu which should be looked into.The public areas are immaculately clean.

Front desk persons are not fit for the job. We expect little smiles from them. We stayed here for 3 nights (2 rooms) . They provided complimentary water bottles only for the first day. They have kept chargeable water in the room. Money minded fellows.
