Highly recomended.I was been stay İlkay Hotel in 5 years 3 times and everytime ı come back here,ı am so glad to see they always work hard for them guess more comfort.Good location,CLEAN room,rich breakfast,smiley and helpfully staff.Congurulations and thanks for everythink.💯👍🏻

We came here after leaving a different hotel, the people in charge were super accommodating finding two rooms for us last minute.
10/10 location, you could not be more central to everything!
10/10 price, the most competitive price we found after looking for quite a while - and this was a last minute booking during peak holiday season!
10/10 breakfast, so delicious and fresh.
20/10 staff, honestly I don’t expect service workers to bend over backwards for customers but these people do and seem to genuinely care about the service. There aren’t many of them but they’re all so quick to help and solve an issue from helping us find parking (even walking us over to the lot!), to breaking change for us, to letting us take some food for a baby we had with etc etc.
10/10 rooms, you can control the AC in each room, very clean, stocked well! A little small but given the price - totally reasonable.
Anyways - I can’t say anything bad about this place and I highly recommend you book here!

Excellent location and easy accessible hotel , my room was clean, nice and cozy. the staff really helpful and cooperative.

Very good located. Friendly staff, breakfast okay. Room was big enough. Negative was the smoke in the bath which comes from the air conditioning and not comfortable bed on my side. Cheap hotel for a few days visit absolutely okay.

It's bad and too expensive, there is an elevator with lots of problems, and everything inside is a labirinth. We had also problems with conditioned air that didn't switch off so we had to change room because it was too cold. For one night it could be ok, but not more.

Nothing is good. It is old. Elevator problem is exist. Low service. High price. Very bad exchange rate. Cooling system needs 4 hours to make the room cold enough. Staff is a bit friendly but this is not enough to manage an hotel in one of the most important area in istanbul. I checked out in the middle of my stay and found another better hotel.

Hotel is clean. The manager at the reception is always smiling professional and speaks different languages. The breakfast is simple but really good. The rooms are good and are cleaned well. I asked to leave a couple of things in storage for later and they accepted and are trustworthy.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Rooms were lovely. Very clean. Staff really friendly, always on hand to help. Very polite. Buffet breakfast plus a choice of warm dishes too. Attached pub/restaurant also fantastic with brilliant staff. Location is central with good access to all the sights. And to top it off, they surprised me on my birthday with a birthday cake which was a really lovely touch!
