My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Innova Sultanahmet Istanbul during our honeymoon, and we cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, which set the tone for our entire stay.

A special mention goes to Handan Tuna, Emre Yunus, and Bilal and his team. Their hospitality was nothing short of outstanding. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Handan’s kindness and attention to detail were exceptional, while Emre and Bilal’s team provided seamless service with a friendly touch that made us feel right at home.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right in the heart of Sultanahmet, making it easy to explore the historical and cultural wonders of Istanbul. Whether it was visiting the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, or simply wandering the charming streets, everything was just a short walk away.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and the personalized attention we received made our honeymoon extra special. We truly felt like VIP guests, and it's clear that the staff at Innova Sultanahmet take great pride in delivering excellent service.

Thank you to the superb employees of his great hotel. I had terrible news when I was staying in this hotel last week and everyone looked after my family and I. Location is great roof top terrace has fantastic views not just from the breakfast area but roof top terraced area. Particular thanks to Semsettin, Metin and Bilall. All the staff are so helpful and polite.

Ilker, Mateen, Isa, and Shamsdeen truly made our stay so welcoming and accommodating for my family. So respectful, courteous, and considerate. The next time I am in Istanbul, this will be the first place I will book. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, this hotel is literally in walking distance of the SultanAhmad mosque and AyaSofia, where you find tranquility and peace within. Thank you for the excellent service Innova hotel.

Its great new modern building hotel on sultanahmet with wide room, we stay 2 night (5-7 Jan 2024) with connecting room 309-307, it was pleasant stay especially with breakfast serving staff (Mr. Malih) they refilling us coffe and tea than helping get family picture with view perfect bosphorus sea. Location was perfect nearby minimarket to buy some grocery likes mineral water, grand bazaar, and blue mosque…Keep it shine Innova Sultanahmet Hotel…

WONDERFUL Hotel !!!

We stayed for a short trip of 3 nights. We choose this hotel by its reviews on google.
At the and we think that we had the best choise and we were very glad !
Position is perfect. Just 5-10 minutes max walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Stuff is very kind and helpful. The room we had was big , very clean and it has a very very comfortable bed !

The roof restaurant is a very special one, with chefs cooking. The view is amazing and the food is … AN ART : perfect looking and taste like heaven!

Awesome hotel! The service by very helpful and friendly staff is better than at many 5 star hotels and the restaurant at the rooftop serves a great, varied breakfast and the evening cuisine is better than a lot of “rated”
Restaurants. Rooms are ample, clean and quiet. All this said: GET TO THE SPA AND GET A MASSAGE FROM OKTAY!!!!! A must experience. My favorite, The Sultan massage!!!! Unbelievable! And the price is right.
Also, you can’t beat the location, walk to all the old city attractions including the Grand Bazaar.

+ I only rook breakfasts, and they were excellent. You can choose from a big range of dishes: turkish scrambling eggs, vegetables (fresh and stewed), sausages, different sorts of ham and especially cheese, turkish salads. Fresh orange or cucumber juices for free. Fruit, bakery, jam, honey, chocolate paste. The restaurant is located on the top floor with the view of Bosphorus. The personnel is very friendly. My room was good enough. It was on the 4th floor, with the view of Bosphoros (though I'm aware that some of the rooms have a very sad view of the wall of the neighbouring buiding, but the guys on the reception are always eager to offer you best rooms for free). The room was spacy, clean, with new firniture. Also there was a small balcony. Free service included a couple of tea bags and coffee, and bottled water in the room. The room is crispy clean. The personnel is very friendly, farseeing, ready to help you with any request, and always polite and not pushy.
- Some of the rooms face the wall of the neighbouring house. The disctrict Sultanahmet is very noisy, bustling, and dirty.
