Every year I prefer Klas Hotel in my business trips. Foods are delicious and staff is joyful. Best part about this hotel is location its close to everywhere. Thank you a lot Klas Hotel family always number one !!

Very bad staff, they don’t clean your rooms good, they don’t put enough towels, and because of their nastiness their is so virus in whole hotel, everyone is sick,

I was in this hotel with my family, the hotel was 10/10, but the reception of the employees was the best reception I have ever seen. I have been to many hotels in every country, but how was their reception, warm, good, they left me with a very good impression.

Bad staff bad smell bad breakfast bad bad bad bad everything except for the location. Rooms are small no space for luggage even in a double, windows don't shut so all night noisy and not possible to sleep. The photos online are fake and deceiving of the current state of the hotel. Breakfast is included but mainly cold menu anything fresh like omelette or fried egg have to order and pay extra. The Lifts are really small 1 adult and 2 children maximum, Bathroom is very smelly, I had to buy air freshener but its not a solution 99% tv channels are in Turkish only 1 boring news channel in English it's a hotel where tourist come they don't all know the local language
This hotel is not for staying the night, RIDICULOUS!! at night there is no service no maintenance and night receptionist and staff do not want to do anything, maintenance guy came to check a problem it was a simple issue if I was allowed I would have sorted it but they don't want to help, I will be honest day staff are OK, I think it's because the bosses are around but feel sorry for an elderly lady who cleans the rooms. The location is great but many hotels around so don't trouble yourself to book this one, it will be disappointing, stay away!!

The hotel, to say the least, is wonderful. Excellent location in the heart of Istanbul, everything is close by. The rooms are a bit small but generally acceptable. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The breakfast is very diverse. The hotel staff are very helpful. I highly recommend it.

It is a very comfortable and nice hotel. It is situated in a good place, near the metro station.

Bad hotel, except the location, nothing worth 4 stars. If you have any issues the reception is useless, rooms are small, old and bad smelly. The bathroom is small and bad designed, there is a vent which communicate with the next room and you can hear everything from the neighbours. The rooms are hot, air conditioning is not working because "is off season", like receptionist told me, and there is a inner yard with a top always lighted. I took a photo at 23 o'clock so your can see it. The curtain can not be full closed, so you always have daylight in your room.
Breakfast is poor and limited, is opening at 7, but at 8 already half of food is over. The coffee is awful, there is a machine with some instant coffee, but it's over quickly also.

Poor customer service except few bell boys. AC is not working properly in few rooms. Room range 322,323,222,223 not recommended. Food spread is relevantly good.
