A hotel to avoid, the large and spacious rooms are overshadowed due to the lack of insulation of the doors, if you have the misfortune of some neighbors who walk on the doors until 2/3 in the morning like we had, they will take your mind off your sleep. If you want to feel like in a big apartment, this is the ideal hotel. The staff from two "camps" one shift consisting of a young lady and an exceptionally kind young man and the second shift with a very nauseous receptionist set on tricking customers. The last inconvenience is the parking for which you have to pay including on the day of departure if you stay longer than 7:00 a.m. for 5 nights of sleep I paid for 6 days of parking.

I have a fantastic stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with lots of options.
Special thanks to Sheker, the housekeeper from Turkmenistan, who is very attentive and did an excellent job.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The hotel offers good value for its price, and the reception staff, particularly Gamze and Ivan, were exceptional. They were great and helpful throughout my stay.

Location is very good. Rooms are spacious. Hot water for shower is always available. Towels were changed everyday. Personal is very friendly. Breakfast is fresh and sufficient even though I would have liked more meat options. Parking is available outside hotel. For sure I will come back.

The 5 stars are only because Ivan is the best and kindest person I've met at a hotel. He always has a smile on his face, ready to help you with any problem very kindly. Ivan is the coolest! 😎

Kunlun Hotel is very close to the bus stops and historic places. The staff is very hospitable, and the rooms are very clean and functional. In addition, there are variety of altenatives for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

İ'v been here for 3 weeks and it was 4th tims that i choose it.
The hotel was close to evry place in Istanbul and the personel are so much welcoming as well the reseptions (Mohammad:) enyway i liked them to much and if i can go İstanbul again i'll choose it hope to see you soon good luck thanks for evrything ans best servis:)).

Scammers, booked from US through an app called hopper, came to hotel and gave them name, email, and confirmation number, they said your not booked here and we can’t see it on our end. The app I used is very legitimate and I use it on all my bookings. They said their never heard of something called hopper. All staff were so rude, kicked us out and they were trying to hit my husband who recently had a back surgery. Do not book though an app at this nasty hotel.

Excellent stay we had. Mustafa was the best and most helpful during our stay. He made our stay very pleasant. And we will definitely come back because of Mustafa

I had not thr chance to stay in the hotel due to cancelation by Expedia, but great people at reception helped us a lot to contact Expedia for a replacement. Thanks a lot Mustafa and Mohamad.
