DO NOT book in this hotel cause i got SCAMMED at check out
At first check in we changed 2 rooms due to technical issues of the doors and the access card (room key). The toilet are small, the toilet seat are broken (room 206).
When we checked out, the reception (Male) was offering us FREE breakfast through call he said. After we give back our cards we need to pay 500liras for the breakfast. He obviously scammed us because offered free but its PAID.
Not reccommended, try to scam other people

The walls are really thin and you can hear what's happening in the bathroom above you. The room smelled of smoke a bit as well. The day I visited this hotel the electricity went off and went back on only in the middle of the night. The next morning it was off again so I couldn't use the kettle to have a cup of coffee of WiFi. According to the fact that a shop in the same building had a power generator going flat out, I would say it's not the first time the place has no electricity.

Stayed for 1 night. Room have black out blinds and every basic things needed for the stay for a reasonable price. The staff was kind enough to allow late check-out.

Bad room, has a wall in the middle of it. Smelly bathroom and the water heater malfunction constantly. The breakfast (which is add on) is ridiculous.
The only good thing is the location, which is near the airport.

We stayed at the Loft Airport Hotel in Istanbul on 24-26/7/22.
We encountered a number of problems. When we spoke with the manager about wanting these issues resolved, he showed no interest in resolving the issues and instead he cancelled the booking with no refund, and we also weren't able to leave a review.
They are saying that we didn't turn up because I complained about many issues over 2 nights and 2 rooms. These are listed below:
- Live exposed wire above shower in one room
- tv not working in both rooms
- Bed side lights not working both rooms
Exposed brickwork in one main shower room
Shower head not staying up
A/c blowing warm air
Beds were too short
Internet not working.
The hotel was so dishonest and lacked all customer care and integrity .

Please never book at this hotel .
This building is modern only from the outside , but the quality of the construction and safety is poor . The people running this hotel are only concerned on making money .
Unprofessional staffing , no staff yet to help with luggage etc .
We had a very horrible experience , the lift does not have safety certification and instructions , it got stuck halfway with elderly people and two babies inside for 20 mins . the reception staff were not aware of how to handle such an emergency, they did not make calls to emergency rescue , nor did they try to do anything themselves . We had to call police and fire service .
After the lift opened , the staff were not apologetic even in the slightest and infact blamed us , as if we broke the lift .
Disgusting hotel , not fit for hosting guests at all .
