AVOID! VERY NOISY during the night and MOULDY BATHROOM!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights end of September. We had two rooms, both of which were very mouldy even though they had been cleaning our rooms every day. We could smell mould every time taking a shower. The electric work for the dryers looked very faulty and probably dangerous.

The area is very populated so you hear loud noises till 2am every day, then you get woken up at 5am by the call of prayer, then you get woken up again at 7am by the school nearby. It is basically impossible to sleep.

The hotel staff are generally okay as they leave us alone, but when we get them to book our taxi to airport one day ahead of time (and they promised to do so), they literally didn't book it until we were all packed and waiting to be picked up on time. We ended up waiting 20 min extra for the taxi, and the hotel staff who booked the taxi on the spot happily took a 20% sales cut into his own pocket in front of us.

We are really disappointed with the experience so please avoid.

Appalled by what I have seen in this hotel, bed bugs, dirty bathroom and very basic facilities. Owner would not give us back our bags as he wanted us to pay for new sheets (I just had surgery and had blood on the sheets). We offered to pay to wash to get the sheets dry cleaned but he refused. After a lot of arguments the receptionist next door (Istanbul suites) tried to help us and talk to the owner, that’s when the owner of madame roza and his staffs started beating him up for “interfering”. I was appalled and extremely scared. I had to call the police. The police never turned up and we had to pay to get our suitcases. It’s not a safe place, and if ever they try to scam you like they did to us you have absolutely no resources. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Also it’s in a back alley and no one came to help even with all the commotion.

Absolutely filthy, bed bugs, dirty shower and very noisy!!!! Owner is a very bad person and steals from you. Please be careful, I felt unsafe and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We booked online a room for 2 persons. Second person came a day later. Manager demanded us to book another room or leave this place in an extremely rude and insulting manner.
Street where this, so called, hotel is located extremely dirty and dark. Also, street is tiny and cars are always get blocked by something, so it takes extra time and efforts to get to this place on a car or taxi.

The rooms were small and filthy, woke up
with rashes all over my body. Owner was very rude when we mentioned this to him. He tried to intimidate us and specifically asked that we don’t write about it in a review. Wouldn’t recommend
