The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect near to galataport the staff were so friendly and welcoming specially Can ozcan were very helpful and nice

My recent stay at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus marked my third visit to this esteemed establishment, and while the overall experience remained positive, there were certain aspects that stood out.

First and foremost, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated on the main street opposite the Fındıklı tramway station (T1), the convenience and accessibility offered by this prime spot are unparalleled. From my perspective, it's not just perfect—it's beyond perfect.

The staff at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus deserve commendation for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. The reception employees, in particular, exemplify these qualities, making every interaction a pleasant and welcoming experience.

Azure the Bosphorus, the hotel's restaurant, offers more than just a meal—it provides a feast for the senses with its breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The open buffet caters to every palate, offering a diverse array of options that make breakfast a delight. While there may be superior open buffets elsewhere, the one at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus is certainly worth sampling.

The rooms at the hotel are impeccably clean and well-appointed, although I did encounter a few minor issues during my recent stay. The absence of a desk and chair in my room was a departure from previous visits, albeit not a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the size of the blanket was smaller than expected, and despite multiple requests for replacement, the issue persisted. Furthermore, while the bathroom was generally satisfactory, the aging towels signaled a need for replacement.

Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel's room service remained exemplary, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, there was a slight delay in the laundry service, with our items not being returned until the third day—a point worth noting for future improvement.

As a recommendation, I would suggest resizing the lobby to accommodate more guests comfortably, as the current design, while aesthetically pleasing, feels somewhat cramped.

Overall, my experience at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits to Istanbul. With its unbeatable location, exceptional hospitality, and breathtaking views, it truly embodies the essence of luxury and convenience.
