1. Good location if you like to walk uphill. Close to major sightseeing and transportation. Near the Marine Station. Shopping center at the port, museum of modern art, Galata Tower
2. Disgusting service in the hotel: they do not wash the floor in the room, take away slippers (why?) and do not put new ones. There were problems with the light - the staff did not respond for a long time to the request to correct the situation.
3. The room has a view on the wall - it is always dark and you can't see anything, this was not mentioned at the booking stage. In advertising photos beautiful view of the Bosphorus, but apparently not from all rooms. The room itself is also poorly equipped: it is cold and dark, the shelf in the bathroom is glued on double-sided tape.
4. Breakfasts are good, nice view from the restaurant.

Little expensive for what they offer - there is no pool or gym for instance in the hotel.
Front staff is great and cooperative but room service is worst.
Location is good, view is nice, it’s peaceful but most of the touristic spots are a bit far.
Roof top restaurant is fab. Very less vegetarian options.

The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect near to galataport the staff were so friendly and welcoming specially Can ozcan were very helpful and nice

Good location, very central. Nice rooftop, delicious breakfast. The staff was nice and also the rooms were clean.

Super bad service, very unprofessional staff and they do not fulfill our requests, if i want tissue or iron or towel i have to call 3-4 times A DAY before i can get my needs. The room are SO DIRTY, they dont clean, all they do is make the bed. My room has a lot of dirt on the ground and for 3 days is not vacuumed. No soap in bathroom for 8 days, i stayed in the hotel for 8 days and EVERYDAY i have to ask for cleaning service. So unprofessional so rude so dirty. I do not recommend at all staying in this horrible hotel.

Very nice view and service with great location in good place near most of Istanbul land marks,
Taksim street, Galata tower, metro.
