Modus Hotel Istanbul

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and was very impressed. It has an excellent location, delicious food, and a very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and cozy. Thank you for your hospitality!

I’m so pleased and happy with my experience in the hotel! Perfect location near a lot of fabulous restaurants and shops, such a good service, staff are amazing so friendly and quick with any requests. Delicious breakfast and such a cozy room with the terrace on the 6th floor! I’m so glad to choose this hotel and really appreciated for all help of the staff. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was polite as can be and very helpful. It was my first time visiting the country, Omar helped make it very pleasant and enjoyable; along with Birant. They were both very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for your hospitality and wish to come again soon.

The best hotel I give 5 stars in terms of service, safety and two servants, and I will repeat the experience, my favorite hotel in Istanbul 🤍🤍🤍

We had a great stay , Ali at the front desk was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful especially Kirch. Will definitely recommend this place.

Forever Grateful to everyone who helped me and looked after me here during my stay in July of 2022. The rooms were clean, and the staff were so helpful and caring towards me, I was so impressed. I had Surgery and needed help and assistance at times, they were all more than happy to help and support me, I felt so safe and supported. The food is wonderful here too. Was such a lovely experience, sending so much love to you all, Thank you. ❤️

Okay hotel, rooms could use some update.
Hotel staff was very sweet, and that stands out a lot. They were kind and extremely helpful! I had surgery and needed ice packs almost every hour for some days - they always helped out, and made sure I have what I need to recover quickly.

This would have been a 5 star review. Some of the staff were excellent and very nice. In particular the tall man with light hair who helped my husband make honey and lemon tea.

We enjoyed our stay everything was excellent until we checked out earlier this morning. It took almost 20 min because there were dodgy charges to our room and the mini bar like redbull - which we never ever drink. There was also a meal charge! Probably another gurst put it on our room. However the front desk wanted 70 euro for all of this stuff we disnt have or use!!

In the end the man told us it was okay we wouldnt get charged. But then said, upon check in we had not paid enough for the room and owed 20 euro. We just paid it because we were going to miss out on a flight. Its a shame it reflects poorly on the hotel because it is actually a good place to stay.
