The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the staff were exceptional in their service. However, the rooms felt quite dated, and the breakfast options were rather limited. Overall, I would rate the experience 3 out of 5.

Amazing meeting with the receptionist of this familiar hotel. Far from the super touristic area, for tourists who want to live the real istanbul and have the best advices. The building is old but rooms are clean and the warm welcoming and breakfast are the true added value

Rooms are a bit small, no lift so you need to make sure you can go up on foot ... nice view from the fifth floor ... super helping staff and very central location in the heart of the kadikoy area, 3 minutes walk from the metro station and 5 min to the ferry... good value for money

This hotel combines everything! Warm welcome and smooth c/in procedure! Great location! Fantastic sea side view! Cleanliness! Comfortable guestroom! Friendly and most professional staff! Affordable prices! Extras: coffee/tea offered complimentary at the 1st floor throughout the day. Mineral & sparkling water at room's minibar. A big thank to all team for making my stay a most enjoyable one!

+ Everything you may need is right near - bus to the airport, cafe, shops, banks, mobile etc English-speaking staff. Very polite and helpful. Free wi-fi with excellent speed. Good positive atmosphere all day and night long - positive people all around, street music, laugh. To get a silent night you may need to close a window.

4 stars for the room because it is small, but, but so lovely, team are lovely. The mattress and the bed are different story, it hugs you so nice and tender, I give 7 stars for the sleep comfort, I woke up early so active, and I am considering already to take a nap 😁😁😁.
Update: just tried the breakfast, very nice vairation, so tasty and creative, the chief is an artist.

The staff were nice , the rooms are bit small and the bathrooms as well, but it got the job done , rooms had ACs in them and that was great , an okay everyday breakfast, location is near everything you want, metro، port and main streets of kadikoy.

Amazing 3 weeks in that hotel for my whole family of 7.
They made us feel like we were home and had a wonderful surprise for us on our last evening.
They helped more than anyone would and accommodated us perfectly.
We are already planning to come back to that hotel.
