cleanliness was horrific, my room smelt every single day even after cleaning, there was dust everywhere. The area near the hotel was safe but it looks dangerous. It’s definitely not a family hotel. Put my towel on the radiator and it was full of dirt. The only thing good I can say about this hotel is that the staff were nice to us and did try to make us comfortable. There was also no hot water for 3 days. Would not recommend for families or anyone to be honest. Looking at the cleanliness rating we thought it would be good. Do not trust hotel cleanliness rating. Also, there was an open electric wire, definitely not safe for kids. Cupboard was broken. They replied to my brother saying 70% slander however I’m attaching pictures so there’s proof in the pudding really. I did think the staff were nice and tried a little bit to make us comfortable.

The worst hotel we ever booked. Because we booked 1 month ago and when we arrived they said the hotel is sold out and they offered us a room 7.5 km away. When we boked the hotel was 99 euro and today was 290.you can imagine why they treat us like that. Do not go there at all. They didnt want to pass us manager number, nothing. Repeat do not book that hotel, it s a trap

Perfect location for business and tradespeople. We stayed for 2 weeks, the rooms were clean and they changed the sheets/pillow/dress frequently. The staff was friendly, Mr. Chari helped us closely in every way. We will come again next December.

It was the worst experience in a hotel, the 4th floor airconditions were not working after changing 3 rooms they moved us in another floor which was better… afterwards the problem was that we have our clothes for laundry and they changed colours… these all could have been avoided but not recommended

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel situated in the old city in Istanbul. Fantastic hotel. It’s new, clean and hygienic. The owner named Alp has exceptional hospitality and was always one phone call away if we ever needed to contact him wether we was in the hotel or outside the hotel. He mad sure our stay was excellent!
The hotel is close to the outdoor bazaar and walking distance from the main tourist attractions of the old city. It’s a great hotel if you are looking to explore the old side of Turkey and would like to experience what real Turkish culture is like.
