Istanbul Newcity Hotel

The worst hotel I have been to. No cleaning at all. I have been there 3 days but they never cleaned the room. Not any wate4 in the room. I ran out of toallet paper they promised to send several times but did not provode it. Reception is not friendly at all.

I stayed at this hotel (not sure about this!) for a week.
The room was quite cold. The air conditioner did not work effectively! I asked reception twice to check-in. However, they told me that this device has a thermometer and is automatic "When it reaches the desired temperature (32 degrees Celsius), it turns off."
It was completely an excuse they mentioned many times, because the air conditioning was broken entirely. It turned off several times during the night and never on again while the air was around 13-14 Celsius, and the room was freezing.
The TV in the room was broken and didn't show any channels. I asked reception to fix it, and they did. After two nights, the TV broke again, and I stopped watching it because the hotel receptionist behavior (Serhat) was arrogant, selfish, and unfriendly. The hotel's location was good, but the cars horns disturbing a lot. The rooms on the -1st floor were next to the public bathroom of the hotel, and the sound of a siphon could be heard constantly.
There is no bar or cafe in the hotel. Water, tea, and coffee are not served in this hotel, and you have to go to the restaurants outside the hotel to get tea or coffee! Tea and coffee were served only during breakfast!
The breakfast had little variety and their sweets did not contain sugar! Absolutely tasteless!

In my opinion, it should not be called a hotel. Unfriendly behavior, simple breakfast, no tea or coffee, lots of noise, and most importantly, inadequate air conditioning!

First of all if you are Iranian and you want to buy a tour,I suggestyou, don't buy from alibaba website!They dont have good services at all!They never answer your problems and they don't solve your problems too!I have been reserved newcity hotel but when I arrive in istanbul they told me ,actually they lied to me that there is 14 people with covid 19 and you can't go there,they bring us to another hotel with worst services.after a night they took us to newcity hotel but in a room with one double bed for 3 people!!for 2 nights and the room was so cold!!breakfast was so awful,hotel services not good not bad its so so,for example for 3 people they took just 2 glasses,there is no thooth brush no thoothpaste.the room was clean.
