No12 Hotel Sultanahmet

I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and it was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable experience. The employees (Hatice and Han) were not only professional but also friendly, always greeting me with a smile and offering helpful recommendations. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and it had a good location, near the main attractions and close to the tram station. I truly appreciated the personal touch in the service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience.

Rooms are a bit on the small side but it doesn't really matter as you just go to sleep.
Have in mind that some rooms face the street which could sometimes during the day be noisy. But at night everything is okay.
The guys at reception are too good. They answer all your questions, no matter how obnoxious, always greet you and are making sure you have a great experience.
The cleaning maid, Inga, is great, friendly and welcoming. She made sure to help ys get settled.
The hotel serves good breakfast at the balcony and has lobby bar on the ground floor that you can use all the time.
Everything is walking distance away.

The stay at No:12 was amazing but what it was even better was the kindness of its staff; always willing to help. The location is beyond great; 4 mins by walk to Hagia Sofya and the rest of the old city. It has also a cool breakfast (with top views). I would like to especially thank Han, the reception guy, who was super kind to my mom and me always asking how was our day and happy to help with whatever we might need. Also Inga, the cleaner lady who also took care of us and even left us a note inside the room!
I would recommend this hotel without any doubt. :)

Great hotel, excellent location. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional and made us feel like welcomed guests. The location was perfect, very walkable to restaurants and sights like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Bosphorus. Also a short walk to local transit. Breakfast was also a really nice spread!

Beautiful and very clean hotel, our space is a bit tight but it’s super well maintained, but we loved it. The staffs are super friendly and attentive, shoutout to Mr han, he checked us in and helped us so much.

Small hotel in the city center. Location is amazing, 5 minutes walking distance to Aja Sofija. Everything is new, modern and very clean. Breakfast is soooo good and it is served on the 5th floor on the terrace with beautiful view to Bospor, sea and Aja Sofija. The staff is so friendly and always there to help you (Thank you Han, you are amazing!!!). They even booked for us hamam and boat cruising and arranged transfer to those locations. The cleaning ladies are so hard working and cleanliness is at the highest level. Rooms look exatcly like in the picture. If we ever come back to Istanbul, we will be staying here again. Such perfect stay.

Great location and customer service. Close to the tram and historic landmarks such as the blue mosque. Hagia Sofia and topkapi museum. Clean and friendly housekeeping. Powerful shower and good air con.

This hotel is simply amazing and I always looked forward to my breakfast. The chef here makes amazing egg and her cake dessert was amazing! Do get the food service. In terms of the hotel, our bedding was changed on time and we got everything we requested. Location is fab, everything is close by and on non-hill area (in case you have arthritis). Thank you for making our experience so perfect!
