What a lovely experience coming too this hotel, location 3yds from Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital you couldn't get any closer,nice clean rooms with air con, maid came regularly with nice clean bedding and towel,menu for nice room service or eat in the boutique modern style dining room,where breakfast is served .Staff are all very welcoming and friendly and understand English very well,enjoyed my 11 days stay very much thank you

PLEASE DON’T GO ANYONE THIS HOTEL ITS NOT EVEN ONE STAR , FULLY CIGARETTES SMALL WHOLE OVER THE ROOMS,PILLOW,BEDSHEETS AND EVERY WHERE I ONLY STAYED THERE AN HOUR THE RECEPTIONIST CHANGED ANOTHER ROOM BUT THAT ROOM ALSO WAS SAME THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE NEVER GO THERE

Best hotel in Istanbul/Nişantaşı. Good location. Friendly staff, speaks english. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is rich and fresh. Quiet hotel with sunny rooms. In the last 2 years I visited the hotel 5 times maybe more, and everything was perfect. Greetings from Bulgaria 🇧🇬.

Rooms are good, service is good. But the cafe in the hotel is tragic. A good breakfast includes one egg, bread, two pieces of sausage, three pieces of cheese and four boxes of marmalade. Coffee is paid every other day as a shot to the bartender, one day we paid, the other we didn't pay again nx.

Stayed here during a specialist medical visit to a local clinic. Twin room was very spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. Very quiet, despite being just off the main road. Power shower was great. Reception were wonderful. Breakfast buffet is terrible and there is hardly any variety. Would suggest eating at local cafes instead.
