Very bad experience, bad location and service too. Rooms doesn't even deserve a star as a hostel. Humidity and dripping ceiling. I told the reservation that I have a baby, and the hotel did’t bother to accommodate the case. They gave me a dirty room. The smell of cigarettes in room is unbearable. The room was nothing like what I saw in the pictures, when I inquired about this. They told me that the reservation was for a regular room and not like the room in the pictures, and they did didn’t bother to change the room and refused to compensate me. I also blame Booking for this because they contribute to scamming people through this platform. I strongly advise you not to pay them before visiting the rooms or searching for the best, as I found excellent rooms and prices on the same site and much better. Bad in every sense of the word

Very, very bad, dirty..not clean. There is no cleaning service every day..the elevator does not always work. We go up the stairs, in addition to the stairs being dangerous for children..the air conditioner does not work all the time..and some floors do not work at all..I took the hotel based on the pictures of the terrace And I discovered later that there is only one on the last floor, and the room is very, very small.. As for the other floors, there is a bedroom and a living room. There is no balcony, no terrace, or anything.. It was a very bad experience.

Elham very very nice person and she will do the best to help you and this is the only good thing in this hotel ..
Water was lakes from the sink and under the shower .. the hotel very noise literally you can hear everything .. flashing water, opening and closing doors .. the hotel not sound proof.
Hygienic: will give 1 star and not cleaning room every day.
The hotel location is very near to police station sometimes you will hear yelling.
