Not sure if all rooms were like mine definitely could have been better. The service got better over time as I stayed there for 2 weeks but at the beginning was not satisfied. The night receptionist was great really helpful. I had an incident with one of the day receptionist which left a bad taste in my mouth but they became nicer overtime. They spoke better English than most people in Istanbul but there is always room for improvement. Good price.

Very bad location to live, far away from main attractions. Nonlift service in the hotel,
Very rude behavior of night shift reception.
They cancelled my reservation on booking even through i have paid them.
Room was on 4th floor with minar like small stairs.
I will never recommend this place to any one even in emergency conditions.

It is a nice hotel and staff. They are welcoming and the place is pretty clean. In addition prices are very reasonable. They made really nice offer when we asked to change the room, they upgraded us into a the rooftop room with a breathtaking view of Istanbul. THAT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND MADE OUR STAY MORE PLEASANT. Will come back again for sure 👍👍

It was a nice little hotel. Located in the city center, near the instabul subway and Galata Tower. Friendly stuff. Our room was good enough, but could be better.

Comfortable room, perfect cleanliness, cozy bathroom, air conditioner (with warming function), great location, friendly staff, view out of the window which you may fall in love with. One of the best stays I ever experienced.

Peradise hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Galata bridge, 5 minutes to Istiklal Caddesi. Great base in Beyoglu. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Good Wi-Fi, fridge and AC in the rooms (we didn't need to use the heater in February because the room was always warm). Hot water always available. Our deluxe double room is on the 4th floor and the stairs are fine for us. Everything is perfect. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Incredibly rude staff. Refused my confirmed reservation. Booked me in another hotel without my consent. Didn’t contact me. Said they would meet me at Galata Tower and then didn’t show. What’s the big deal? It’s 11 30 at night. The prima doña tells me he is canceling my reservation because I’m upset and says he’s not going to do anything to help. Says he will lie to his boss when I come and complain. Positive reviews are meant for another hotel not this placr
