Ramada Encore By Wyndham Istanbul Basin Express

My family and I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul, about 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel was good: the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in room 602, which was unique as it didn’t have windows, but we had an entire half upper floor to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, which was very convenient. It’s also within walking distance of the Mall of Istanbul, which was a big plus. The price was reasonable as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This was a last minute, quick stay for business. This is a cost-efficient solution, and does the job. HIGHLIGHT: Mr. Yusuf made our stay extra special, he’s super attentive and kind, always willing to help and provide anything to make sure we’re being properly cared for.

Me and my mom liked the place. It’s not too far from the subway station. Breakfast is nice, rooms are clean. A little noisy due to the highway nearby, but this does not ruin the overall impression.

Special respect for their employees, they were very polite, helped us carry our heavy bags, explained everything and helped. Thank you guys ❤️

I have stayed at Ramada Encore Bassin Express Istanbul Hotel for 8 days. My stay has really been 10/10 and therefore I feel like expressing my satisfaction in this review. The hotel itself has a good location, which is 5 minutes' walk away from the mall of Istanbul. The hotel is a nice and clean hotel with really good staff. The rooms are clean and are cleaned every single day and the bed linen is changed frequently during your stay. The cleaning ladies are friendly and leave a room that is clean and comfortable to live and stay in. The staff have really been the nicest people, they are extremely helpful and make sure you have a good stay. They have even offered to drive us to locations in their own driver or their own cars if you can't get a taxi to go somewhere nearby. We are very impressed with this hotel and its friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to anyone because it really is tip top.

place is nice and quiet in the lobby. The staff are helpful and kind and you can ask for help from them. The hotel is directly facing the Mall of Istanbul and you can walk within 10 minutes. For those interested in Turkish furniture, next to the mall, there is a huge gathering center for the owners of Turkish factories and lighting, so stay in this hotel to be close to the place.

I did not like the degree of sound insulation of the rooms...you can hear your neighbor's phone in the next room...Basin Express Street is next to you and it is a crowded street 24/7...the offer did not include breakfast...I paid for breakfast for one day to compare it with other hotels that I stayed..it was acceptable but very simple: 3 types of bread, two types of fruits, two types of juice, and some appetizers... If you are going for tourism purposes only, the hotel will be far away and transportation is difficult by bus (to the city center the trip is about an hour and a half).....But if you are traveling to shop from the mall and trade, it is a suitable place

Love the clean hotel and hot shower. The location is great for an overnight stay before heading to Istanbul airport. Mall of Istanbul is just opposite with lots stores and food options available.

Exceptional service. All staff met our needs Very polite always wanting to help. Breakfast was fantastic A very good hostess by the name of Sude always had a smile on her face when requesting any kind of help. Front desk was excellent as well.
