Don’t believe the positive reviews — most of them are fake or paid. The hotel is very dirty, and the food is the same every single day, with no variety or taste. It’s extremely noisy inside the rooms, you can’t sleep properly. But the worst part is the situation outside the hotel at night: people are drinking alcohol, shouting, and even fighting right in front of the building. It feels unsafe, especially if you’re with children. This is not a place for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and clean vacation. Stay away from this hotel — it’s a huge disappointment!

An absolutely amazing hotel, in a great location in the heart of old Istanbul. In addition to the fantastic location, I highly recommend the service, the breakfast, and Mr. Adam (the manager), who is always willing to help. For example, with arranging a taxi from the airport. We regularly stay at this hotel, this year was our eighth visit, and we will definitely come again.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and it was excellent experience. The rooms were clean and specious and the beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows. The room had minibar fridge stacked with water, sweets, coffee and tea with no charge! Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is in walking distance from all the main sights which was really great.
Parking space is available next to the hotel for 10 euros a day. Nearby there are plenty of stores and food places.
Overall Impressions are 10/10. I highly recommended it. Looking forward to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and really comfortable. The bed was perfect, with plenty of soft pillows, ensuring we slept well every night. We loved the breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially the hotel manager Adem, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There is a parking just next door for only 10 euros per day, which was very convenient.
We also appreciated the minibar fridge with complimentary water and sweets – a nice touch. The location was ideal for us, as most of the main sights were within walking distance, so we didn’t even need to rely on public transport. The bathroom had a hairdryer, and there’s a market and food spots nearby.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely return for another stay!

It's a perfect hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. All bed linens are ideally white and clean. Windows are soundproof.
The owner of the hotel is polite, friendly and always ready to help.
The breakfasts are good, the variety is quite decent. There are some sweets and water in the minibar fridge as a welcoming gift.
The entrance door of the hotel looks very secure.

This time was the second time my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel. And I am 100% sure that if we ever are in Istanbul again, we will keep coming back to this wonderful place. Very intelligent, polite and helpful owner. Really tidy and clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing, I really liked how food was put in order and how various it was, and a woman who’s helping out there was very friendly and polite. What is also cool about this hotel is that it is close to main sightseeings, seafood restaurants and to the sea. All in all, I highly recommend this place! To all people who work in this hotel and do an amazing job, thank you very much!

Best location to stay in Istanbul. The owner is very kind and helpful. Rarely had the opportunity to see that the photos match the reality. Very quiet location, with clean rooms and baths. The breakfast was excellent and the lady that serves very kind an nice. Walking distance from the Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque or Hagia Sofia. (15-20 minutes)

Perfect location - subway 15min walk, grand bazaar 10min, 3 min to old square with lots of restaurants, supermarkets also only a couple minutes away

We stayed here for 1 week, the owner is a very helpful friendly guy, gave lots of advice info on the area and travel... the rooms were clean & tidy good AC, the beds were very comfortable had a good nights sleep every night there was buffet breakfast every morning 8-10am with a friendly lady organising everything.. Recommend 5/5
