I would give a lesser review if I could, since they took my money without giving me accommodations. I asked for a refund multiple times even included bookings.com who also refused to help.
I give this location a negative review cause they are thieves.

The staff are very friendly, but as many other travelers also commented previously, that’s pretty much the only positive for this place. Rooms are old and dirty, lift does not work, and the breakfast was not as good. It does not give you a 3-star hotel experience.

My friend booked this place because of the comments below and the prices. The stuff was very welcoming and nice but that's it. The stars are for them. The rooms are not that good, the cleaning - not that good. The food was fine, but every day is the same, it is not served well, you can not find plates if you want, you only have one...the kitchen is next to rooms that are used for guests,and in the morning it gets very noisy. So you can not sleep after 7am. For eating they use the terrace. Our room was next to it,so everyone who was there could see us in our room, with is not ok. Aldo the location was great, the parking hard but free. I hope you figure out how to become better in time.

I am writing this review because I fear Allah and I need to warn others who want to come here. I booked the hotel by looking at the reviews of other guests which totally cheated me for the first time. Upon arrival at the hotel I asked where to park the car they said to park and that the room would be ready in half an hour. I went on a city tour and they called me to come back that the problem was parking. I went back and moved the car room was not ready yet they were more than an hour late. When I finally got the key I went to the elevator and was told it wasn’t working I had to go up the third floor by stairs like on a tower. When I entered the room the windows looked out on the terrace and they didn't have a screen on the terrace it's breakfast and everyone is looking in the room, there was no stove, no hangers. Room 302 has a low ceiling of about 215 cm and is claustrophobic and has no sound insulation. He sits on the terrace all night and can't sleep and in the morning he bangs in the kitchen and can't sleep. So no sleep. The next morning they almost kicked us out of the hotel when we had breakfast. It bothered our car and they were already looking for the room key three hours earlier and did not reduce the price for delays and early departures. So they totally ruined my stay in Istanbul. I will not halal them. May Allah judge them.
