The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Some of the rooms layout was ok and the bathrooms were very small and tight. On our 2nd stay we had a good spacious room and nice bathroom. The location is good and central with the tram line just around the corner. There are also good restaurants close by. The view from the breakfast restaurant upstairs is good

It's very close to Aksaray Tramway 🚊 .
And also about 10 minutes of walking to Yenikapi Metro station 🚉

Little an expensive hotel . Room good clean . I don't like unrespectful stuff, maybe cause nationality

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff and central place. Unfortunately a bad sewer smell in some rooms. But the friendly guys at the reception change my room and than it was better.
The lame guy, (topal adam) the right hand of the owner is extreme unfriendly and arrogant.
The guys from the reception Nejdet and Hakan are very polite, friendly and smart.

It is an expensive hotel and its services need more attention. My review for it is that it is not a good hotel
