Rumours Inn

The hotel was very nice. Fantastic breakfast. The staff is very hospitable and polite. We stayed there for one night and felt at home.

It is a 2 Star Hotel, but the friendly Employees rises it up. We hat the best starting point for all visits. Most of them without the need of public transport.

This is our first time in Istanbul. I booked this over another hotel, based on it's reviews, location to The Blue Mosque etc and views from the terrace.

It didn't disappoint. The staff have been very pro active even before I booked. You can what's app them with questions and they will answer. They offered practical advice and information that was beneficial.

The rooms are cleaned (daily) and have all you need in them. Breakfast was included and was very nice and worth having. Something for everyone.

All the staff have been very nice and helpful during our stay, whether it's directions, extras or what to do. Especially Mescut who we dealt with most but the other guys (Hamza, Yigit, Ferdi and Serkan) were also very accomodating aswell, not to mention the cleaning staff or breakfast staff and the nice old man from the terrace. Also can't forget the ginger cats on the roof. Mom, dad and baby ginger, very friendly and playful.

Ps The Blue Mosque is 1 min away and for prayer 5 mins to stand in congregation. Can't ask for more. Restaurants, shops, Grand Bazaar are all nearby, and just a short walk. Tram stop 10 mins walk either from Blue Mosque or main road. The price was excellent which includes breakfast. I would strongly recommend this to anyone whose on a budget or just wants to save and use the money elsewhere given that you're not spending all your time in your room. The roof terrace is very big and nice whether for photos, chilling out, or even sunbathing. We had our breakfast there in the mornings. Amazing views of the harbour and sea with some mosques too. If and when I come back to istanbul I will definitely be staying here again. THANK YOU!

Beautiful little hotel in center old city.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is very good. Wi-fi working correctly. Only have not TV in room.

Had such a great time at Rumours inn, i was staying there for about 4 nights and they provided clean rooms and changed bedsheets everyday, they also had an excellent room service and good morning breakfast. The location is close to the blue mosque and grand bazaar. Also would like to thank them for making my dad a cake for his birthday, top hotel and top service, will be coming back again soon

We really enjoyed our stay at Rumours Inn! The staff are very kind and welcoming. We arrived from our long days of traveling and they checked us in early us which we thought was amazing. The staff members made us relax in the lobby area, brewed us a nice cup of tea and helped with our luggage upstairs.
Room is just what we needed with comfy bed, clean bathroom and good air conditioning. Balcony has a great view and the breakfast included is delicious.

Humble boutique hotel well located in Sultan Ahmet. Walking distance to major attractions and the Istanbul Tram. Rooms are small, and I think it's ridiculous that they give you one bottle of water for your entire stay - in most cities where the tap water is not palatable, hotels provide daily water. WiFi is free and fast. Breakfast is quite good (but not great), with a wide selection (I wish they had fresh juice rather than the Koolaif type stuff they serve).
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I booked before COVID hit, and had to delay for two years, they accommodated me with no issues (but wouldn't give a refund).
They also stored my excess baggage while I visited Antalya. Nothing was missing when I got back.

In a nice hill just out of Istanbul, only B&B but useful for a short visit in the city

Lovely little boutique hotel which is within walking distance from all the tourist attractions including the Hagia Sophia and blue mosque. The brothers working at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The rooms are a nice size and clean. There is breakfast every morning which has a nice selection of Turkish breakfast foods and drinks. Would highly recommend.

You can easily walk to Hagia Sofia from there. The rooftop terrace is really big and has a nice view. Just for the terrace, this place was worth it. We paid a little extra to get our own balcony which was nice, but it isn't needed when you have a terrace this nice and almost empty.. maybe during the summer it is more crowded. Also, the guys working there were all really nice, they have some really cool decoration around the building and specially in the lobby
