Stunning hotel and wonderful staff. Ali at the front desk treated us so well and made our stay very special. The rooftop restaurant and bar was genuinely one of the nicest places I’ve eaten at in my travels. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for 3 nights and really loved the place. We stayed on level 2, toward the back of the building, away from the street side and found the room really quiet and peaceful, despite being right in amongst all the bars and restaurants.

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. They gave us water on arrival, we had a coffee machine with pods in our room, and everything in the bar fridge was complimentary.

The gym was small, but had a treadmill, bike and elliptical machine, as well as free weights up to 20kg, a smith-press, 2 benches, one adjustable, and a range of plates 5-20kg. The pool was narrow, but probably 10-15m long, and pretty deep, so they’ve done well to use that space!

Room was nice, great aircon, shower, big tv, comfy bed and nice lighting options, with four different wall settings and two bedside lamps.

It’s about a 15 minute walk to
Taksim square less than 15 minutes to the Galata bridge, less 15 mins to ferry to Kadiköy. So you’re right in the middle of it.

Highly recommend, would stay again!

A gem in Beyoglu. (Perfect Boutique Hotel for Istanbul)

First off, the hotel is situated in Beyoglu and 100m away from the tram that will take you to the lower part to Karakoy. From there you can easily cross the street and take the tram to the Faith side or walk on the bridge.

The hotel staff was very welcoming when we arrived and this was felt throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a very functional gym, which I appreciated and an elevator. The rooms were spacious and just perfect.

The hotel as a restaurant situated on the roof where your breakfast will be served every morning that offers a gorgeous view on the city. I highly suggest to book dinner there as well as the ambiance completely changes with more of a trendy place.

All of this made our stay in Istanbul a perfect time where we would eat out dinner on Faith side and slowly stroll back to the hotel.

I highly recommend the RUZ hotel and will comeback again to stay when travelling to Istanbul.

Fantastic modern hotel in the perfect location. The room was stylish and spacious with a large bathroom and excellent soundproofing. I’d highly recommend this hotel for exploring Istanbul-very walkable but also close to the metro and tram.

Great atmosphere, amazing team, delicious food and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
I would definitely come back, absolutely loved my stay there. They have such a lovely team and the service was exceptional!
The location is amazing supper close to restaurants bars, lively streets, train stations and one of the most amazing tourist attractions. Rooftop offers one of the most amazing views of Istanbul!

Beautiful place to stay at in a charming neighbourhood next to taksim street.
The service is amazing here, and the reception are very welcoming,
Yunus at the reception desk is a very welcoming guy, with a nice sense of humor.. the rooftop was amazing in the day and at night.. i will definitely stay at Ruz in my next visit.

Amazing hotel, tasteful interior and very friendly staff! The rooms are beautiful, and there is a small but complete gym. The rooftop is great for drinks and breakfast. Hotel Location is buzzing! We had a great stay.

The location was perfect. Access to visit the old and new Istanbul; good transport links, restaurants, cocktail bars, shops, restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff were extra caring during our stay, from carrying our luggage, tourist advice, taxi bookings and local directions, which is very helpful when you don't speak Turkish. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, with all facilities we needed (a good hairdryer and an iron on request). Having the rooftop restaurant and bar was convenient for lunch, snacks and cocktails, with excellent Turkish wines, a chef's menu and an exceptional view of Istanbul over the sea. In particular, Ali and Tolga on reception were kind, helpful and fun to have as our hosts; and the restaurant & bar staff were lovely. Recommend and will definitely book this hotel again.

The rooms are well designed, spacious and very thought through. The bed feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Nespresso machine, Netflix and Co for a cozy lay in. I wish there was more storage space but definitely enough for a few days.
The whole hotel feels very cozy and welcoming. The bar area with the fire place makes you want to sit there forever.
The location of the hotel is perfect! In the heart of Taksim but still away from the noisy main street. Lots of cafes and restaurant around and the metro is a very short walk away. Will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends.
