Seyithan Palace Spa Hotel

In fact we received our spare towels but at 23:16 when we were all sleeping already. Whilst checking out we mentioned the things which were not working or which went wrong, manager was clearly not interested she also said that she does not care.

Not the best for us, hope you will have a better experience

I have stayed the 4 night and I'm very disappointing I this hotel, supposed to be a 4 starts hotel however the rooms are in poor condition the door handles was coming off and while I was there there was construction in the hol way .
None clean the room in 4 days, there was no toilet paper.
The Internet doesn't work and when was working the speed is under 1mgb and you cand navigate on Internet.

Do not book this hotel, nobody speaks proper English. Rooms are clean but far below par. Hair dryer is shocking, turns off after 30 seconds then sometimes blows at different speeds but only has one button. Safe doesn’t work, no English channels, shower scolded me. Staff are not helpful, no restaurant. Amenities are below basic in regards to tea coffee. No milk, cardboard cups and it is rated 4 star. Absolute rip off not even worth the 30 odd quid a night. Gutted.

My reply to the response to the owner, is thank for your reply but u fortunately I think you must be referring to the wrong guests as we arrived around 8/9pm on the 28th June and not in the morning. Just found the staff were not very welcoming in general, we were not allowed 2 room keys and there were 2 of us staying there. There was a huge crack down the wall in the room just filled in and left unpainted. The restaurant was closed for reconstruction, the lifts were temperamental so was the hair dryer and shower. In fairness the safe was fixed, hair dryer couldn’t be fixed and wouldn’t swap us to a better room. The walls are paper thin as we could hear the people next doors tv and them arguing with kids etc. but if you had the hospitality with welcoming, helpful friendly staff then some things would have just been overlooked but it was like we felt like we weren’t wanted there. The maids and cleaning staff though were on the ball beds were decent as well. The pool and sauna and massage facilities etc were however very good but I’m not sure if they are separate to the hotel but the staff were much better and really welcoming. Should never he a 4 star though I’m really not sure how that works but you didn’t even have food or room service and everything was basic. Would never stay there again and would strongly suggest people avoid this place unless you don’t mind 2 star hotels.

Hotel is just okayish. Continuously for 2 days electricity went off during the time when it was time to take shower and get ready. Electricity came back after 2 hours . I went to receptionist to ask why the electricity was not there for 2 hours. He said , we have fixed it now. It was so illogical of him because he didn't answer my question and tried to avoid it. Hotel should always have backup for electricity . The receptionist is very rude . He don't know how to talk nicely. He should be fired immediately.

Bad smell, The walls are cracked. No oane cleaned The room în 5 days. Far awai from Touristic objectives, with owur car we drove between 40 to 60 minutes to sultan Ahmed. Its more a hotel for The hospital nearby

The walls had big cracks in it, from earthquake I guess, window fonic insulation is very bad, also the walls -one can hear all neighbours. Entrance door has a big luft at the bottom. Fridge not working. Elevator is like on a rope, did not feel safe.
Service - no restaurant, almost no english at reception guest. Parking full with busses. We “ enjoy” the visit at 2am from receptionist for nothing.
It is close to a mall but far from center. Only quality is that is cheep, but from my perspective is expensive vs what it offers

I am from Texas and I was trying to impress my wife’s family with a nice hotel. I paid lots of money made sure that breakfast is included. They kicked them out of breakfast area and said you did not pay for it! What a unorganised hotel! what a embarrassing crew! If you have a important guess make sure to skip this hotel.

It seems that customer services is the last thing on the mind of the management of this hotel. A situation occurred with the receptionist and she refused to give me an extra key even though I told her that I might have lost my key and that there are two of us in the room and we need two keys, but she refused in an impolite manner. I contacted the manager. Simply told me she is doing her job !!
