Sirkeci Mansion

We had an amazing experience at the Sirkeci mansion, it really felt like home. The neighbourhood is close to many facilities(museums ,restaurants, shops…)
The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a variety of options and the room was clean and comfortable.

The entire staff at Sirkeci Mansion Hotel were so friendly, kind, and helpful from the moment we checked in. The room had everything we needed and was very well serviced by the cleaners every day. The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it each morning (I'll miss it!). In terms of location, it was ideal as it's located just around the corner from the Gülhane tram stop, and within a very short walking distance of great restaurants and historical attractions. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel and great service. We, 2 adults and a toddler, stayed at Sirkeci Mansion for 4 nights and had a great time. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to all the popular sights and eateries in Sultanahmet and just steps away from the tram station that we used a lot. Delicious breakfast spread in the morning and they also cleaned the room for us everyday.
Last but not the least very polite and kind staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed 4 wonderful nights at Sirkeci Mansions.
The location is great, as any of the sights in the of the old town are only 10-15 minute walk away, and the extra niceties that the hotel provide just made our stay even more special. Each day they provide afternoon teas and snacks and 3-4 times a weeks, walking tours to help show the real side of life in Istanbul, with Okay from the front desk being an excellent and fully trained tour guide.
Everyone on the team, from the cleaners to the front desk to the kitchen were wonderful and anticipated all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly (they are obviously extremely well trained) - especially Okay - the Manager - who went out of his way to help us and make us feel at home. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds and bed linen, the bath in my bathroom was sheer bliss after a day of walking. The food (breakfast) was delicious. It is incredibly central in the Old City and the the furniture in the hotel and in the rooms, gives it a lovely ambience. It is very quiet and relaxing, despite being right in one of the busiest parts of the city.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Istanbul. We loved Turkey, it's the most fascinating country, which would take a lifetime to explore properly, but despite the magnificent architecture and artworks, the museums full of treasures, the beauty of the magnificent hand painted tiles in the mosques and the breathtaking scenery, the thing that made the biggest impression on me was the kindness and hospitality of the people we met, which was epitomised by the people who worked at the Sirkeci Mansion Hotel.

I'm struggling to know where to start with my recommendation of Sirkeci Mansion Hotel, we couldn't imagine anywhere with a lovelier atmosphere. The staff were so kind and friendly, and made us feel part of the family with the warm and open way they spoke with us. It isn't a boutique hotel with removed staff, but a small and caring hotel where the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. It would feel wrong not to particularly mention Fatime who lifted each morning with her care and attention, even mixing a special tea to help my son when he had a sore throat - she was also fabulous in helping my son and I to learn and practise our very limited Turkish!
It also has the benefit of being in the cultural heart of a beautiful city. I sincerely hope that we will be able to return in the future.

We loved our stay at the Sirkeci Mansion Hotel. Our room with a terrace was fabulous, with views out over the Gülhane Park. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The location can't be beat: just a few minutes walk to the Gülhane tram stop, a 10-minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, and just a bit further to the Topkapi, the Blue Mosque, etc. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

The location is the best. The hotel is right in the heart of the charming old town, walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, the historical sites and the grand Bazar. I didn’t get any street noise in my room. The staff were so nice and helpful. Although the location and the staff are five star plus, but the hotel itself is not.The room was too small. At times in the lobby there was the smell of swage due to old plumbing. The rooms need major remodeling.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and had everything!

Comfortable beds and everything very clean.
