Sirkeci Mansion Mini-hotel

This hotel is located on the European side of the city within walking distance of major tourist attractions and surrounded by restaurants and shops of all varieties.
We stayed in a standard room which had a room safe, tea/coffee making equipment, excellent air conditioning and a small fridge. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. There were also complimentary bottles of water for each day.
The shower had good temperature, storage and power points were limited but we use packing capsules and carry multi point charges so we managed.
Our package included breakfast which was a mix of cold and hot dishes (sweet and savoury) fresh juice and tea/coffee.
There is a comfortable lounge, sauna, pool and gym and in house massage can be booked at reception.
All staff are welcoming and very friendly. We arranged a laundry service in house (charged by the kilo) and a staff member went to collect it when it was not returned at the allotted time.
There is a complimentary afternoon tea and reception will send postcards for only the cost of postage.
Our booking was made through Fez Travel whose office is just 30 meters from the hotel and who were very efficient and helpful (see separate review).

Amazing hotel. Staff couldn't do more to help and were so welcoming. Location is excellent no more than 15 minutes to some key sites with others easily reached by walking/tram.
Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Pool and hammam were a fantastic bonus after a long day sightseeing.
Breakfast was delicious - variety of options was good. Also their afternoon tea sweet bagel was amazing!

Can not rate this hotel high enough. The staff and service is amazing. They go above and beyond for their guests offering tours, turkish cooking lessons with the chef. Shopping and the tram are very close. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff (and turkish people in general) are lovely, very helpful and friendly. Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.

Loved our stay here in the family connected rooms. Our kids especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, tea time, and the pool. It was a great location for visiting the old town sights and just behind the park. Staff hospitality was superb. Highly recommend!

The location is very convenient, with T1 tram just outside. The hotel upgraded me to a deluxe room on the fifth floor, which has a large balcony. There is a park downstairs and you can see the sea not far away. Seagulls are circling over the hotel, and it is also convenient to eat around.

The stay at this place was quite good. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. My husband and I arranged airport transportation through the hotel, which provided us with a private van. Overall, the experience was just okay. The van was hot during our ride to the hotel, the windows didn’t open, and our driver made a questionable stop to drop off something for a friend before we arrived. However, it was convenient not to worry about transportation to and from the airport, which is why I rate it as just okay.

As for breakfast, it was quite simple. If you’re looking for a light or quick meal, it’s satisfactory, but if you prefer something heartier or more exciting, I would recommend going out for breakfast.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. My wife and I were searching for ages to find a hotel which was quiet, had nice amenities and close to everything. This literally ticks every box for a bed and breakfast stay in Istanbul. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful, which was a plus! Highly recommend.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and are exactly what you expect from the photographs. All in all we'd definitely stay here again if we visited.

We had an amazing experience at the Sirkeci mansion, it really felt like home. The neighbourhood is close to many facilities(museums ,restaurants, shops…)
The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a variety of options and the room was clean and comfortable.

The service by the Manager was very nice. He was very accommodating and tried to answer all our questions. We booked a great Bosporus cruise with his help. The breakfast was nice and our family enjoyed. The location next to the tram and Hagia Sophia allowed us to walk everywhere.

I definitely recommend the hotel. This was the seventh hotel of our trip and it turned out to be the cherry on the cake. Location, room, Turkish hamam, great breakfast, staff - all a solid 5.
It's a pity that we didn't get a room with a balcony.
