The rooms aren't that bad; they are not that clean, but you can manage. The biggest benefit of the hotel is the location. I stayed there three times, one of them for 6 nights, and I was pleased. I will probably stay there again. The only thing I would change is the smell of the room and sheets, besides improving the cleanliness of the sheets and the bedding.

The room was cute. Bed hard as a rock! One rough blanket no top sheet. The toilet was weird, we had to use a lever on the wall to fill the tank up in order to flush it.
Luckily the front desk attendant answered whatsapp after our flight was delayed, otherwise we wouldve been sleeping in the lobby!
The wifi password gets changed every day and you have to ask for it.
The air conditioning is ice cold. You dont get water from the hotel so bring your own.
It's an extremely inexpensive hotel and it's clean. The elevator doesnt go to the top so if you are mobility impaired, do not book a balcony room, there are stairs involved.
It's walking distance to cute shops and eateries.

I booked a room with a balcony and a kitchenette I got a small dark room without windows!!!! the hotel manager said they had no rooms available for today, I asked for some kind of refund, but he said he could just cancel my reservation and let the booking company refund me. He was quite rude, especially when I asked for a refund, because I came for 2 nights and spent a day in the pantry. I also asked for my room to be cleaned, because it was really dirty but no one did it.
The rooms are neglected and also dirty, below are photos from two rooms I stayed.
Pros: the metro is within walking distance, so you can easily get to the area with a lot of historical sites
I gave 2 stars to this hotel only because of the wonderful receptionist, she was the only one of the staff who spoke English and really tried to help.

The location is nice but the glass is not sound proof so all the time ur sleeping ur hearing cars and busses which is VERY annoying.
The Wi-Fi is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE IT SUCKS it can’t even load a YouTube short video or TikTok it’s soooo bad.
They tried to kick us at 12:00 but we paid extra for 16:00 they literally
don’t even think and are soo useless.
The bathroom is sooo tight when I sit down my hand is hitting the wall the shower head is broken and dirty.
The tv wires were not plugged and were dangerous pulled out tv remote is broken because of the batteries I literally can see that the batteries died and they tried to bite it I could see the marks.
Their is soo much more stuff about this garbage hotel. Thank you for listening.

The balcony of the accommodation faces the main road, but it is not so noisy that it disturbs your sleep.
It is a 10-minute walk to Söğütlüçeşme (B1) station, and there are many buses nearby, so you can go anywhere in the old town or the new town at high speed and comfortably.
There are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk that are much cheaper and have good taste compared to tourist areas, so you can be satisfied even if you eat near the accommodation.
Facilities:
My smoker friend is very satisfied with this accommodation with a balcony.
There is no lime water. You can use hot water in the shower room.
There is also a refrigerator and hair dryer. If you have long hair, please note that you may not be satisfied with the performance of the hair dryer. Please note that there is no freezing function and microwave.
The bed was used by two adult men and did not feel uncomfortable.
Overall:
The best accommodation You never get for 40,000~50,000 ₩ per night other place.

Small, unpretentious, comfortable hotel. The staff have a big smile. Perfect location if you arrive by train. Within walking distance to Kadekoy and public transport. I’ll stay here again!

Beautiful Hotel, clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff, beautiful room.
Mini Suite is a walking distance to the bus station and the train station. It's easy to get around town from here without using a taxi.
There are lots of restaurants around the hotel.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations! The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious and the location is great! There are several cafees, restaurants and shopping areas near the hotel and it’s very easy to travel to see all the tourist attractions by public transportation. The owners of the hotel are also very friendly and lovely people. They made the whole experience amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back again 😀

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and it has really been a great experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and spacious and the owners and staff of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s located in a very nice area and it’s very easy to take transportation anywhere you want. We will definitely come back again 😃👍🏻
