Horrible experience. extremely rude staff . we had an accident in the room.
the sliding glass door in the bathroom suddenly shattered on my face while I was about to take a shower. it cut my hands and legs and I was bleeding. we notified the manager but he went back to sleep since it was midnight. the receptionist tried to call the ambulance upon my request but they wouldn't come. after that I asked the receptionist to call the cleaning lady because the bathroom was full of shattered glass. he said she was unavailable. I asked if there was any other way to clean the room and he said no. I asked if there was another spare room available and he said no after which I asked how I was supposed to use the bathroom to which he replied it was not his problem. I was bleeding from my hands at that moment and he was very rude. the manager texted us the next day and told us that he went back to sleep after we texted him because "it was midnight and it was normal to sleep". we never got so much as an apology. the other receptionist even asked us if we payed for the broken glass. it was a horrible experience, the staff is incredibly rude and ignorant about how this is supposed to work. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to stay here

This place is equivalent to a 2 start hotel. The room was clean, simple, in the basement and has a slight mildew smell, we can't open the windows because they open onto the street, the shower was broken, and we got to pay the same as the other rooms.
The shared kitchen is on the top floor, a kettle and microwave to cook with, and there is only outside seating. There are nice views if the weather is good. Overall you can find nicer places cheaper in this area.
