Sultan Tughra Hotel

I stayed in Tughra hotel years ago and the service was good but this time was horrible. I stayed for 3 nights and I couldn't take a hot shower in the winter. The water in the bathroom was warm but not hot and it was so difficult to take a shower in it. I reported the issue several times to the front desk who where helpless. I asked to be transferred to another room, they asked me to pay extra. When I checked out quietly, they thought they won and another guest passed by without causing them any trouble but they forgot the power of guest through these reviews. Terrible experience and stay away.

From the picture online the hotel looks big but it's actually very small, for the price we paid and the quality of the hotel i felt It was quite high and not worth it.
May be if your a couple the size of the cost small room could work.

There no lift in this place. it's an old house converted to a hotel , gives a good feel of what an old house was in sultanahmet.
We booked a family room for 5 nights , booked online , when we checked in they gave us a really really small room , space wasn't enough to open our suitcase as well, nor was they space to turn around in the shower, we were traveling with 2 kids (12&10). On requesting to change our room , we were asked to pay extra $ , we did pay extra and they changed the room .
The breakfast was very average and basic .
We skipped breakfast for 2 days here as we woke up late and when asked for a glass of water when heading out for the day , the lady at the counter where they serve food said there is no water.
That is something I thought was not good.
The front office staff was helpful.
Housekeeping service was very bad ,rooms, were not cleaned , a lot of the quality of linen was not good. Towels were worn out .

To add to the reply , breakfast was never served in the room anytime nor was it even offered, As mentioned when asked for water the lady said there is no water and we could buy it outside.
