May be if your a couple the size of the cost small room could work.
There no lift in this place. it's an old house converted to a hotel , gives a good feel of what an old house was in sultanahmet.
We booked a family room for 5 nights , booked online , when we checked in they gave us a really really small room , space wasn't enough to open our suitcase as well, nor was they space to turn around in the shower, we were traveling with 2 kids (12&10). On requesting to change our room , we were asked to pay extra $ , we did pay extra and they changed the room .
The breakfast was very average and basic .
We skipped breakfast for 2 days here as we woke up late and when asked for a glass of water when heading out for the day , the lady at the counter where they serve food said there is no water.
That is something I thought was not good.
The front office staff was helpful.
Housekeeping service was very bad ,rooms, were not cleaned , a lot of the quality of linen was not good. Towels were worn out .
To add to the reply , breakfast was never served in the room anytime nor was it even offered, As mentioned when asked for water the lady said there is no water and we could buy it outside.

This establishment falls far below its claimed 4-star status; it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Additionally, the inconvenience of walking uphill to reach the main Sultanahmet area adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the hotel's location.
To make matters worse, the thin walls allowed for an unwelcome intrusion of privacy—I could easily overhear conversations from the next room. This lack of sound insulation further diminished the overall quality of my stay.
Only positive is their staff was friendly.
