Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations!
Our stay at Sultans Royal Hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional staff and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the team bent over backwards to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect.
One standout moment was when my mom had a minor accident outside the hotel. The staff immediately stepped in, going above and beyond to help her recover. They provided ice for her injuries, offered room service to make her comfortable, and constantly checked on her well-being throughout our stay.
Additionally, the hotel even provided us with a metro card, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The attention to detail and genuine care from everyone we encountered made this trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, the breakfast was amazing (Thank you Salima), but it was the people who truly made this place special. We can't thank Sultans Royal Hotel enough for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!

The stay at the property was really good. Especially the lady who prepares the breakfast is a gem and is a valuable asset to the hotel. The reception guys are great and welcoming. They would suggest what to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Istanbul as it’s walkable distance for all the major attractions and the friendly staff.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 nights in September. Location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. We had a room on the top floor with balcony overlooking the street which was gorgeous. However the electricals left a bit to be desired— the bedside lamp came on by itself in the middle of the night, which caused a bit of confusion!
Sonya in the kitchen produced some brilliant breakfast dishes and it was fascinating to watch the interaction with many different nationalities in Google Translate on her iPad.
It was a fun place to stay.

The hotel is really excellent and close to so many iconic places like hippodrome, blue mosque, topkapi palace, Sophia mosque etc. Lots of shopping places close by. The breakfast was delicious with so many varieties of food. The staff were extremely friendly and the front office staff were very courteous and helpful to suggest the places to see and recommend places to eat. The room is kept clean . In all we had a good time in Istanbul and the hotel made our visit very comfortable. Thanks to all the hotel staff

I recently spent 3 nights in Istanbul. Sultans Royal is small & quaint and simply perfect. The location is spot-on, and I did all of my sightseeing on foot. The staff are very helpful & knowledgeable ( Big thank you to Rashid). I would suggest booking your airport transportation through them. It avoids haggling with taxi drivers. Chef Sonya is the little jewel. Everyday she has a little something extra for you to try. She visits each table n force feeds you with love ❤️ Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found it absolutely perfect for our requirements. It is reasonably priced, lovely rooms and facilities, great breakfast offering and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. It is a perfect location for many of the sights in the old city, east walking to Blue Mosque, palace, Sofia mosque, grand bazaar, spice market etc. Also lots of reasonably priced restaurants near by.

Very good experience at this small, cozy hotel located in the heart of old Istanbul.
Rooms are just right sized, very clean, spacious bathroom. The only cons is If u get the room with single beds, they are really narrow, but comfy, so don't flip at nite.
Great breakfast served by Sonia, she prepares amazing dishes and recommends what you shud try. Sweet, savory, hot and cold, all delicious.
Front desk with Rajit very helpful, gives u a transportation card u can use around the city(also good for public bathrooms).
Definitely recommended.

I want to express my gratitude with the entire wonderful team! The guys at the front desk always smiling, very kind and trying to help and making us feel most than very good! I was traveling with my sister and more than that, with our senior mother. The guys always helped us with everything. And I want to make an extra review for Sonya and her beautiful daughter. Every day, Sonya prepared for us particular pastries and delicious mixes of fresh fruit. She left fruits at the evening for our mother! Sonya is a beautiful person! And her daughter was like wise! Many thanks dear Sonya! ❤️❤️❤️ many thanks to this beautiful team and place! You made us happy during our staying there

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the hotel. The receptionist received us well. Making us feel at home. The room was clean and stylish. The hotel is centered close to most of the tourist destinations. Best of all was the breakfast in the morning by Sonja and her daughter. Sonja treated each and every guest as though they were special friends. She is an amazingly warm and kind person. Packing us treats for our long flight. Miss the hotel and Sonja already.

Sultans Royal Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. Always ready to help and provide helpful information.

Sonya and her daughter ( housekeeping and breakfast team, are amazing. They looked after us as we were family. Our rooms were cleaned every day. They were very kind and friendly, and they even provided extra treats for us. We were very pleasantly surprised to find water melons and snacks in our room in the evenings. During breakfast, Sonya would always take extra care of all the guests. Best service ever!! Very hardworking team!!
