My experience in the hotel was very good. The staff was nice and the breakfast was of good quality food. The breakfast team in the hotel were amazingly friendly and helpful. In addition, the area surrounding the hotel is nice with affordable shops around.

All staff are 5 star specially Savas is very helpful

It was a very good stay, nice people, nice staff. Food was good and the room. Worker called Savaş is a really great person and worker. For sure recommend it to everyone

I and my colleague has come to Turkey and has stayed in Tempo Suite Hotel, Room Service, Near to metro bus and train station, food service, and hospitality.
It's good place to stay if you are staying jn Istanbul for more than 7 days.

How about some actual photos of the room? The walls are dirty, the curtains broken, AC is dripping on the floor, mold is everywhere. This hotel is a health hazard. I got sick after 2 days. The bed is uncomfortable and sinked in ( who knows when was the last time these were changed). You get two pillows only and if you need extra, you will wait for it for two hours. I was told the AC would be repaired so it is not dripping (which is a health hazard on its own) and all we got is a towel on the floor so we do not slip. Mold on the walls and ceiling is disgusting. The bathroom was not clean, somebody just wiped it superficially. The toilet water handle falls off on its own. You cannot get blankets, because it is summer time. The breakfast was decent. I have no idea who are these people giving it high ratings, but probably not people.

The hotel is very good and clean, the staff are amazing, all the guys from reception were amazing and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

5th floor very hot despite temperatures only 19c No air con to cool you down visiting in May 20. spoil my stay otherwise room very clean and modern and breakfast are pretty good despite only white bread available cleaning 5 star

The hotel is good for its price and the breakfast was fine. Actually the main disadvantage for me is disgusting smell of cigarretes smoke in our room. I do not smoke, so this smell really made me feel unwell. As for other aspects the hotel is fine. Hope they divide rooms for smokers and non smokers or something

This is amazing hotel!
Thank you a lot Tempo staff for friendly hospitality and for your help.
Rooms was comfortable and clean, housekeeping was making them job perfect.
Also breakfast was amazing and tasty every morning , that give me power for all day , lady on breakfast shift was very smiling and friendly. She take care about breakfast so good!
Also I want to say big thank you for staff on reception - they always was friendly and helping us with any question.
We have earlier check out and I ask if it’s possible to have some sandwiches - and they was ready exactly at 6:30 how man from reception promise me.
They make big job for your perfect stay!
