Tonight Hotel Port

While the room itself had issues—a bad smell in the bathroom, an itchy bed, and a non-functional fridge—what truly ruined my stay was the unprofessional and outright hostile behavior of the hotel management.

The trouble began when the fridge in my room didn’t work. I reported the issue, and the hotel sent a technician to fix it. Shockingly, the technician entered my room without knocking or asking for permission while my wife and children were sleeping. This terrified my family and was a complete violation of our privacy and sense of safety.

When I approached the hotel manager to address this serious incident, I expected an apology or at least an attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, the manager started yelling at me, dismissing my concerns entirely. His aggressive behavior escalated further—he demanded I leave the hotel, pushed me, and even appeared to be on the verge of assaulting me.

This was an appalling experience. The room issues were inconvenient, but the lack of professionalism, the disregard for privacy, and the threatening behavior from the manager made this stay absolutely intolerable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s simply not worth the risk to your safety and peace of mind.

Very bad hotel no water no service no air conditioning no heating system working at hotel and the receptions says that they are not responsible we should wait until their manager come to solve the problem . I don’t know what they knew about hotel and hospitality.

They don’t care about the visitors and no nothing about behaviour.

After we checked in to our room, the staff kept coming inside by mistake. Very poor staff management!!! A male person from the staff entered the room shortly after my husband left to work while I was without my hijab and almost naked!!!!!
I was so traumatized by the incident, that am talking about it only after one month. it is not safe for muslim women in there!!!!
