I’ve been looking forward to reviewing this place because the reviews we saw before coming are very wrong. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the hotel was excellent, the terrace was stunning, the breakfast was delightful with lots of options, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast everyday was on the roof terrace with incredible views. The dinner was a set meal with fresh ingredients every day. Great location, new bars, restaurants, excellent travel links and Taksim square.

I recently stayed here, and while the property itself was lovely, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Yilmaz. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

Yilmaz was always helpful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or just checking in to make sure I was comfortable. His warm demeanor and genuine care for guests truly set this hotel apart.

The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming, but it was Yilmaz's dedication to service that made this experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a hotel where you're treated like family, I cannot recommend this place enough—thanks in no small part to Yilmaz!

Day 1 the bed was not comfortable. I kept itching myself as though there are bed bugs. Told the staff to clean, they just refilled the bathroom toiletry n took used cups. The bed was as is and they continue to say they cleaned. The breakfast spread wasn't great. They refused to replenish the water bottles or coffee or tea bags on Day 2 saying only Day 1 is free. They will argue with you to the point of being obnoxious. The location is perfect but for the location, neither the food nor the hotel is worth it. The staff are good except for that one front desk guy named yosomolo or yomolo..can't remember but he is on duty on the 17th July 2024.

Terrible! Everything broken, falling apart! Windows dusty, limeccale in bathroom, ceiling almost collapsed, AC working as a tractor Bathroom never cleaned properly, full of mould and limescale.. No idea of health and safety: maids cleaning in slippers.... No security also. You could have gone to breakfast and dinner any day as at no point they asked for your name or room number Lots of guests complaining about the same issue. No one cared. .

Good location but noisy. It was fine for us as a couple, as we always went to our room late and the neighborhood eventually became quiet.
Unfortunately, much of the equipment was in poor condition. The TV didn't work, and the hairdryer and kettle were partially broken.
Breakfast is fine and offers a good selection.
Price-performance ratio is good, especially for the location.
