The location of the hotel is very good, close to the historic centre. However, the room I was given had no real windows, just a glass window to a corridor (leading to other rooms) covered by a blind. Therefore, there was no natural ventilation, only through an extractor fan. This was very disappointing for this type of hotel. The staff were apparently friendly and sympathetic, but did nothing to solve the problem.
Of course there must be better rooms in the hotel, but you can always get this one.

Very clean and tidy hotel, good service and only a 25 min walk down to the main tourist spots. Breakfast on the roof was really nice

My friend booked this hotel and it is along the strip of the shops doing wholesale of clothes. Walking distance to shops and transport too. They have a restaurant on the 8th floor where we had our first dinner on our first night. The food was good. However, they do charge in USD. We also have breakfast included in the days we stayed.

Our room was tiny, our AC could not change the room temperature (19 degrees), we found hairs in the bed sheets, impossible to open our big suitcase, awful breakfast, they didn’t have a toaster. The only thing that we liked was the location.

Everything was perfect! The stuff was very nice and acommodating, rooms clean and coasy. The place is near to center, but not in a night busy street and with great view from the roof top restaurant. The restaurant provided us with rich and tasty breakfast and lovely evening food and drinks.

"The breakfast was extremely bad. The reception staff were not friendly, uncooperative, and incredibly rude. My experience with them was terrible. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not repeat the experience."

Very bad experience, no blanket on bed because they don’t have , unprofessional reception and very very rude , the help man is the only one who is good and professional , rooms small , breakfast is way below average .

We booked a superior room, and we were very satisfied of it. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast consisted of a vast choice of different food. Furthermore, the hotel is close to the city center. I would definitely recommend it.
There was only one negative point : I am personally quite sensitive to smells and it smelled like cold tobacco in the room even if it was a non-smoking room.
We tried the spa too (sauna, massage and turkish bath), the swimming pool was quite deceiving because it is very small, but the massage was great (done by Thai women), the sauna is a little small but functional. I wouldn't recommend going to this specific spa if you have the choice but it's great to go it for free (swimming pool and sauna) if you booked the hotel anyway.

Perfect location , close to many attractions.. the room is very clean and you have good window view..the metro station is also nearby.. the service is kind and friendly..!!! Only the breakfast should be changed, is not something special!!! We will come again for sure!!! Greetings from Greece!!
