Everything was perfect! The stuff was very nice and acommodating, rooms clean and coasy. The place is near to center, but not in a night busy street and with great view from the roof top restaurant. The restaurant provided us with rich and tasty breakfast and lovely evening food and drinks.

"The breakfast was extremely bad. The reception staff were not friendly, uncooperative, and incredibly rude. My experience with them was terrible. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not repeat the experience."

Very bad experience, no blanket on bed because they don’t have , unprofessional reception and very very rude , the help man is the only one who is good and professional , rooms small , breakfast is way below average .

We booked a superior room, and we were very satisfied of it. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast consisted of a vast choice of different food. Furthermore, the hotel is close to the city center. I would definitely recommend it.
There was only one negative point : I am personally quite sensitive to smells and it smelled like cold tobacco in the room even if it was a non-smoking room.
We tried the spa too (sauna, massage and turkish bath), the swimming pool was quite deceiving because it is very small, but the massage was great (done by Thai women), the sauna is a little small but functional. I wouldn't recommend going to this specific spa if you have the choice but it's great to go it for free (swimming pool and sauna) if you booked the hotel anyway.

Perfect location , close to many attractions.. the room is very clean and you have good window view..the metro station is also nearby.. the service is kind and friendly..!!! Only the breakfast should be changed, is not something special!!! We will come again for sure!!! Greetings from Greece!!

We visited the restaurant. The food is extremely tasty and nice plated! The most delicious tuna salad I have ever eaten

My room was much smaller than their advertised photos. The view of the sea however made up for the lack of space. I stayed here for 1 night.
The views are even better from the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast is pretty decent and has a variety of coffees.
The location is great as you are a few minutes away from the tram, underground metro and grand bazaar.

The staff woke me up at 5am, opening the room door with no reason. The hotel was choosen by Intra Tours, very bad organization from both.

Rude Staff, Tiny Rooms, False advertisement of rooms, very small rooms, very limited breakfast, Extortionate restaurant prices (15 euros for brownie).
Spa, swimming pools, sauna and steam are dirty and have to pay extra for. Very Dark and awful smell.
Mugs and Glasses in the rooms are never cleaned properly.
Awful beds and very bad road noise.
Locations is decent and around the grand bazaar.
Will not be staying here again
