The worst, the dirtiest... Breakfast is very poor. The staff is talking loudly in the corridor at all hours and making it impossible to rest! We were resting in the room and the staff entered the room without knocking! I have never seen such an ignorant person as this staff who entered the room without permission.

For a 3 star hotel its good, the employees are super friendly and approachable, food was solid.

The worst hotel ever. Breakfast was very poor, besides that we didn't have any juice or drink. Wi-Fi was terrible. Fourth day I had to ask to change us towels. 21 century and we didn't had a fridge in the room. Thay have problem with lift. Bad location. Nightmare hotel.

- other group members complained about bed bugs,
- no concept of service at all,
- AC turned on and off at will! AC not always on,

- pricy water at reception - get your water from the shop 40 yards down the road

I stayed at this hotel in nov 2019. The staff was super friendly and helpful, food (breakfast) was good. Hotel was clean and cheap, compared to other hotels nearby. Perfect when you visit Istanbul since you spend most of your time sightseeing etc 🙂

Location is great, close to bus and tram stations. Rooms are a bit old in 'ottoman' style but clean and cleaned every day. Hotel gets a little noisy at breakfast time. Breakfast is the same each day, no fresh fruits but eggs and sausages along with some other options are there. Stuff seems to be trying to be kind and helpful but that comes with some difficulty since most of them do not speak English.

It is ok hotel, very small rooms, every night we heard some noize biping from window from airconditioner it was terrible. for breakfast lot of cheap salami.

Great location. Solid hotel for this price. Rooms small but clean. Breakfast was the same every morning.

Great location with equal distance to Yenikapı, Aksaray, Laleli, and Kumkapı stations and districts.
Staffs speaks Russian and someone knows some English.
