Loved our stay there! The team was lovely and super helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is ideal if you want to be in the Taksim area but not directly on the busy road. It’s very clean, homey, and welcoming!

The staff is what makes this place a very cozy welcoming place. The room was quite nice and could easily accommodate three people. The hotel is really clean and their breakfast is good.

This was my third visit to Istanbul, and as a special treat, we decided to stay at this hotel.
The elevators were incredibly small, hardly fitting two people inside. However, the lobby interior was beautifully designed.
Unfortunately, the place turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The staircase was quite daunting, and the carpet looked outdated.
The photos on the booking site were charming, but reality was different.
We stayed at the queen suite. I tried to ask for a upgrade as I read reviews of many many people getting them. But no luck. I tried asking on whatapp but the person said the room we have is 'really good' we stayed for 2 nights.
The room was nice but little things let us down . The water pressure was weak, and the shower head was held up by tape, which was frustrating. The room was cold, and the lack of double glazing meant we could hear nightclub music all night. Woke up to headaches each morning.
Breakfast was decent, and the staff were lovely, but the room maintenance was lacking.
When I asked for complimentary decorations, they gave me deflated balloons. The manager asked if everything was okay, and we lied to spare his feelings.
On a positive note, the hotel has a great location.
As a new travel agent, I wouldn't recommend this place for a stay for a comfortable stay.

Had an incredible three night stay here! We were thoroughly impressed and feel grateful for the many steps that the manager, Kaan, took to make our stay memorable. We messaged beforehand that we will be checking in on our anniversary and not only was the room beautifully decorated but when we checked in, we were also informed that we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and will be given complimentary breakfast on the morning of our choosing. Kaan also told us that one of his suites was available on the last day, so he upgraded us to stay there on the last day. We loved his hospitality and jovial personality, giving a personal tour of our room and also asking us to close our eyes before entering the suite. He also offered us wine to celebrate our special occasion. We could not have asked for a better stay. The bed was very comfortable and we felt like we were a loved one's guest. It was very close to Istiklal Street and we were able to access the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge in 15 mins by walking. We highly recommend staying here and thank Kaan for making our stay a very memorable one.

Fantastic all round hotel with service to match. You’re located right at the heart of the city with restaurants and clubs open 24 hours just outside. Plenty of choice when it comes to food and entertainment. Very safe area, you can literally go for a walk at 2am and have no issues. Parking isn’t available at the hotel, but just round the corner, there’s a 24hr guarded parking.
The hotel itself has incredible rooms, with Turkish hammams built in the room.
We arrived on very short notice on our honeymoon and they were kind enough to decorate the place and even give us a free upgrade.
Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by your friendly and attentive staff, which set the tone for an amazing stay. The elegant aesthetic and comfortable accommodations truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the thoughtful amenities, contributed to a luxurious and enjoyable experience. I was upgraded by a female staff at reception, she is truly a delightful young lady who is always willing to help. on the hand Mr Khan is extremely humble manager who is always there to help and I can’t thank the entire team enough for planning a special surprise for us.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, right next to shops, restaurant, Taksim square, Galata tower. The delicious breakfasts and impeccable service at your restaurant added to the overall delightful experience.

Great location. However for the price there are a few fundamental issues with the room. The shower did not work properly, the sink took a good 10minute to drain, the pillows are far from premium and there is no moisturiser in the room (although plenty of other toiletries). Wouldn’t book to stay here again due to the issues with the room.

All staff are excellent. The manager is very caring and attentive, and a particular thanks to Can who served breakfast. Extremely professional and courteous. Only issue really is the noise with oh is inevitable due to proximity to Taksim

We stayed here in February and a huge part of why we loved Istanbul was this hotel. The staff are so lovely and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment, it was ideal with young kids offering generous sq footage and being excellent value for money. So many nice little cafes and bakeries within walking distance. Pomegranate juice from the local markets is a must! Looking forward to staying here again in the future. 😊

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and they did all the can to make it better. The rooms here were the best in Istanbul and we couldn't find anything better for the price (see for yourself). Very, very clean hotel and all the staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great location, only a 2 min walk from busy high street with plenty of shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again with no questions.
