Walton Gardens Pera Apart-hotel

Loved it. The location is superb; just a few steps from the beating heart of Istanbul. The rooms were excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But most of all, the people were exceptional. They discovered it was my birthday so they upgraded us to a larger room, decorated the room with balloons, and surprised us with a cake & candles in the lobby of the hotel. Everyone was always available, willing to answer any questions, or help out with anything a guest may need. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul - We are certainly coming back again !!!

It was the people who made our trip so wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. We used the hotel as our base and walked every day into the old city. The area is vibrant with lots of museums, restaurants and shops. What stood out for us was the size of the rooms, spacious lounge - was very clean and they supplied extra toiletries and coffee with a lovely cafe downstairs The staff were so accommodating and friendly, helping us with transportation and drinks/extra services

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Istiklal — close to everything. The staff at both the reception and the bar were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, making us feel very welcome from the start. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast was à la carte and served in a beautiful, cozy garden — a peaceful way to start the day, overall great experience. Highly recommend for its location, atmosphere, and outstanding service.

We were upgraded to their top floor room which had the best view (only downside was we had to walk up one floor as the lift didn’t go up to that floor which we didn’t mind!) We mentioned it was our honeymoon and the room was decorated with red rose petals EVERYWHERE and we even got a bouquet of flowers! SO NICE! The team were super friendly and helpful and offered us tea every time we saw them and even brought it up to our room to enjoy. The cute white doggy is the best!! He’s super cute and fluffy and loves people! There’s nowhere for bus/taxi to stop in front of the hotel as it’s an underpass. But the staff always helped up carry our bags and organise transport for us.

Simply, wonderful hotel. The hotel team, lobby design, garden, breakfast, location and modern furniture are all wow.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The entire property was exceptionally clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What made it even better was the incredible staff everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout the stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was very pleasant and really great hospitality all round. They upgraded our apartment upon arrival and ensured we were in the quieter side of the building. The apartment was really clean. The breakfast was delicious and they constantly made sure we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, helping us book a taxi on our last day and taking our luggage to the car. Definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay! Breakfast service was fantastic especially Mr Gan. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

We booked a three bedroom apartment for our stay, we have a family of four.
The most important part that made this stay great - the staff. Members of the staff are very attentive, very quick to help, very friendly and kind. Thanks to them we were very well taken care of.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were some minor issues that I would like to address.
First of all, while the apartment was spotless, you can see that it has been used and definitely needs a cosmetic makeover (so to say). Amenities are used and old so it can be better.
Second of all, there is a strong odor of cats inside the apartment. Air circulation is not good.
There is no way to get to the garden without leaving the room (and we wanted there to be a private balcony or terrace that is mentioned on the website).
Location is nice, you can reach lots of different tourist attractions by foot.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I’m not sure I will come back unless this hotel has a renovation.

Loved our stay there! The team was lovely and super helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is ideal if you want to be in the Taksim area but not directly on the busy road. It’s very clean, homey, and welcoming!

Definitely a place to book if you’re looking for an affordable but beautiful stay!

The staff is what makes this place a very cozy welcoming place. The room was quite nice and could easily accommodate three people. The hotel is really clean and their breakfast is good.
