Loved our stay there! The team was lovely and super helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is ideal if you want to be in the Taksim area but not directly on the busy road. It’s very clean, homey, and welcoming! Definitely a place to book if you’re looking for an affordable but beautiful stay!

Fantastic all round hotel with service to match. You’re located right at the heart of the city with restaurants and clubs open 24 hours just outside. Plenty of choice when it comes to food and entertainment. Very safe area, you can literally go for a walk at 2am and have no issues. Great location. However for the price there are a few fundamental issues with the room. The shower did not work properly, the sink took a good 10minute to drain, the pillows are far from premium and there is no moisturiser in the room (although plenty of other toiletries). Wouldn’t book to stay here again due to the issues with the room.

The place is near Taksim Square, but a little bit far if you walk with some luggages. Very easy to find. Staff is friendly, help us and explain everything in our room. They have an elevator. Very affordable price, bed is clean and comfy. There's kitchen, dining room, toilet, dishwasher, washing machine included. There are also iron, hairdryer, TV, wifi. Everything you need to live in istanbul. Very near to the supermarket and 6 minute walk to taksim square. Quite lively neighborhood. Very recommended place. Also restaurant staff Yildiz and Mertkan provided exceptional service every morning. My family and I loved the location and the wonderful service from the staff and will definitely choose the Hotel Rotana the next time we visit Istanbul.

It is only 20 min walk from Taksim Square and 35 min walk from Blue Mosque. The view of the hotel is impressive. You don't need to stay at the panoramic-view room. The hotel has a rooftop with incredible views. The breakfast was good. The staff very kind and helpful. Thank you.

This hotel is one of the nicer accommodations I've ever stayed in. Luxurious rainwater shower feature and gorgeous views of the Bosphorus. The surrounding neighborhood is full of restaurants, coffeeshops, and vintage stores. Only precaution is for those travelers with disabilities. Beautiful and spacious rooms. We booked a king panoramic room and the views were excellent. The service at the hotel was excellent especially the breakfast staff who took care of you. Yeah as everyone talks about the steep hill up to the hotel was tiring but took taxis up after a couple of days. The location is very good and the tram station just down the hill. We booked the penthouse and it was amazing. The room was large, the bed comfortable, the bathroom great, and the wraparound balcony had spectacular views. The breakfast was so delicious and had lots of variety. You can have breakfast in your room for free but I recommend going downstairs to eat so that you can have more variety. Excellent place to stay. Nice view to Bosforus from opened balcony. Everything you need for your stay os at the place - kitchen equipment, bath equipment - just book and stay. You will spend a lot of time on the balcony. One of the best places to stay in the district.

The place itself is great. The room exactly the same as in the photos and the location cannot be better. But the service is not the strong case here as we asked several time for our room to be cleaned. Also, the lamp and bathroom door locker were broken. Don’t know what is the problem with it as it can be fixed in 5 minutes. Overall, it would be a great place to stay if they fix issues with cleaning...

Friendly staff. The breakfast is good, the view from the terrace where the breakfast is located is amazing. The rooms are okay, neat. The only negative thing is: noise isolation is bad, so you can hear people from other rooms and on the hallways. Other than that is is an overall good hotel experience.

Perfect location for a family get away in Istanbul, centrally located to many attractions like the famous taxim square. The staff are also very courteous and supportive especially Mohammed and Khalil. We will definitely return there.

Very nice and comfortable apt. Location is a bit far from old town and tourist attractions. There is a supermarket nearby which offers daily necessity and fresh fruits and veggies. Behind the apt, there are few shops/restaurants for shopping and casual dining. I love the apt but not the location. A taxi to spice market costs 55TL.

We stayed for 14 days...we took 2 bedroom apartment. Very practical and clean for families with kids. My 3 kids enjoyed the stay. The hotel has access to kids play area and football etc...and access to Onur Supermarket. Cenk at reception was very helpful and professional. Helped with destinations...you need a car as you cant reach transportation. Car park is free and safe.

It's a good place to stay if you are not a tourist because it is not in the tourist location but at the same time close to the Sabiha airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is fine with everything necessary: airconditioner, kitchen stuff, a terrace, TV-set, etc. Good value for money. The breakfast is OK and you can order food delivery.

I got problems sleeping in such a noisy (noise produced by the guests and not by the passing cars) environment. It is a great place for families, it is organized and the employees are very helpful. There is elevator and good security. Rooms are clean and tidy, and if u want new towels they can provide it for you. The only disadvantage is that the wifi is slow and after a certain time it gets reset, so you have to put your passport info again. Highly recommended place, will be visiting again.
