Apartments are very nice, comfortable and clean. Its are almost new.. Staff is very professional, friendly and responsive! Especially I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to Zamira, who is in charge for SPA and swimming pool. She do her job on high level and with kindness!

Great hotel, super helpful and kind staff. Selma from the spa, fitness, and pool department was extremely nice and resourceful in answering any questions we had and helping us get started with using the facilities. Also the facilities were amazingly clean and well taken care of. Very much impressed.

We had most pleasant stay in this hotel, everything looks exactly like in the pictures. Clean, neat, room was spacious and felt luxurious, bed was super comfy, amenities are beyond everything needed. Staff is tentative, friendly and very helpful, there was a minor mistake with our reservation and we were immediately offered a room upgrade free of charge. Very nice, radisson quality, home comfort, could be a little cleaner

Munzur is the most supportive people I have met in Istanbul hotels. The hotel designing is good, there is a kitchen in the room with full set cooking equipments.

The room is relatively spacious, but the hygiene is average, the towels are yellow, and the price is relatively cheap

Unfortunately, the hotel needs maintenance, I stayed for 3 nights and there was no cleaning during this time. In the studio flat, I was first given a room with a very strong cigarette smell, and then upon my complaint, I was given a different room. The apartments are very conveniently located. The staff is pleasant and very attentive. They help to organize transfers to/from airports at reasonable prices. It would be nice to change the tulle on the windows (all torn) or remove it altogether.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building of a former bank. Even the cells and the large metal door of the vault were preserved in the design. 8 minutes walk from the metro station. The rooms have vaulted ceilings, very atmospheric. 17 minutes walk to the new embankment. Very comfortable bed and beautiful historic design of the rooms, but modern. Didn't like the breakfasts for 20 euros! Very sad choice...

Stylish modern hotel in a historic building on Bankovskaya Street. We stayed in a simple suite with a view (that's what it's called on the tripcom). The room is on the top fifth floor, spacious, windows overlook three sides, a panoramic window overlooking the Golden Horn Bay, there is a balcony. The view from the room is excellent. I had booked 2 sea view rooms through trip.com. However, the reservation instructions provided to the hotel did not include “sea view” rooms. Perfect location for a family get away in Istanbul, centrally located to many attractions like the famous taxim square. The staff are also very courteous and supportive especially Mohammed and Khalil. We will definitely return there.

Very nice and comfortable apt. Location is a bit far from old town and tourist attractions. There is a supermarket nearby which offers daily necessity and fresh fruits and veggies. Behind the apt, there are few shops/restaurants for shopping and casual dining. I love the apt but not the location. A taxi to spice market costs 55TL.

We stayed for 14 days...we took 2 bedroom apartment. Very practical and clean for families with kids. My 3 kids enjoyed the stay. The hotel has access to kids play area and football etc...and access to Onur Supermarket. Cenk at reception was very helpful and professional. Helped with destinations...you need a car as you cant reach transportation. Car park is free and safe.

Friendly helpful professional staff. Clean quiet hotel with nice facilities. Lovely supermarket down the road at the front of the hotel. Sham the Radisson Blu Istanbul does not have a swimming pool compared to other international hotels with these standard.

Newly opened...and I think it is very appropriate for families. It consists of suits directed by Radisson Blu brand... offering comfortable stay... spacious rooms... good service. Additionally it is clean, has good breakfast option and car park.

Friendly staff. The breakfast is good, the view from the terrace where the breakfast is located is amazing. The rooms are okay, neat. The only negative thing is: noise isolation is bad, so you can hear people from other rooms and on the hallways. Other than that is is an overall good hotel experience.

Residence is at very good location. You have lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Metro is also a few minutes away. Rooms are smart designed, but noise insulation is none. I got problems sleeping in such a noisy (noise produced by the guests and not by the passing cars) environment. Shared this in the morning with recepcionist and was offered another room that was actually in a quiet location...

We loved the staff and the apartment. 1 week passed in flight. It is quietly located in Taksim near Galata tower. 2 minutes to the long pedestrian mile with endless streets and alleys with many restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are big and tidy. We stayed here, actually I am writing this review now while still here. It is really quite wonderful, it’s a collection of basically high end hotel rooms because of their size. It doesn’t have hotel style house keeping per se but it’s private, quiet cozy and attractive. We are staying in the “mezzanine” which is one of the top floor apartments.
