Very special place, i loved walking around the hotel, very near from restaurants and yet quite so its a great place to run away from Istanbul’s crowd and noise

Excellent service. The hotel manager is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and it is a beautiful hotel located in a beautiful area with lovely restaurants. Only 15 minutes walk to a view of the Bosphorous

Love this old historic 100 years old building, renovated from inside, very nice, safe walking area , awesome hotel owner who goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Reservations, suggestions or directions. He will even give you his personal phone number if you need any assistance or help while you are enjoying your trip in wonderful Istanbul.

Rooms are okay for the price you pay but the location makes up for everything.

Now I have worked out how to do a google review, my wife and I stayed here Xmas 2023 for a few days and since then the wanting to write a review for this place has been on my list of things to do. Finally being able to give the much deserved praise and appreciation to the white palace old city boutique, staff and especially Alper, who went over and above in helping us with any questions we had and especially the amazing help he provided in getting our newly purchased Turkish rug back to Australia!!!….Even walking with me to DHL to book the transaction, fantastic guy and excellent customer experience. We had a great time here, perfect location and highly recommend the White palace old city and Alper 👍👍

Fabulous!! Location is great, Hotel is amazing, staff is very very friendly, quiet neighborhood, great breakfast, big room!! And the area is like out of a fairy tale!

Lovely hotel, large room with a comfortable bed on a relatively quiet street, within walking distance to restaurants and the main attractions. The owner was very kind and arranged our transfer to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again!
