World Point Hotel Besyol

I really don't recommend it. I booked a room here, but couldn't stay. Terrible conditions. Dirty windows that don't close. Very loud noise from the road. The staff barely understands English. They tried to help and changed the room to a better one. but there is the same problem with the window.

The hotel is very old and requires major renovation. it is not suitable for the winter period.

Staff has not any ability to say basic greetings. They were like children was randomly put there. Breakfast was enough for this place. Unfortunately, some of rooms' heater do not work very well. I heard many guests are unhappy with that.

Disgusting, literally nothing in this hotel looks or smells clean, not only that but the service is terrible, the manager is full of himself, even though we decided not to stay from day one they won’t return your money, it’s a complete scam, you can hear EVERYTHING happening inside and outside the hotel from your room. Some of the photos used aren’t of the hotel, the shower head is broken, there isn’t good ventilation in the showers so, good luck not passing out while showering. Not to mention that the safe in the room we stayed in had unspeakable things in it 🤮🤮🤮🤮. Everyday in this hotel is a new disgustingly shocking event. I’m surprised it’s not closed as a health hazard.

It is a fraud. DO NOT GO and waste your time and money. This is a scan. No breakfast open buffet. Check out the attached pictures please. Terrible room service. No Hygienic 👎. They use elevators to transport trash garbage. Dirty toilet and leaking showers bathtubs. I will not pay even a penny
to stay there. I called hotels.com and got refunded because they refused to refunded me. Awful experience
