Best Western Premier Karsiyaka Convention & Spa Hotel

Well, the hotel is located on a highway, which is easy to lose the entrance(driveway). At first glance, it seems like nice, quiet, somehow FEEL like luxury kinda hotel! We were there at a weekend but it was quite which I like. BUT☝️(always there is a BUT) I didn't enjoy the quality of the food.
The first day, I ordered a tuna salad with no dressing and asked the waitress to bring me a piece of lemon. What I received as you can see on the photos, lemon with MOLD! and the salad itself was only lettuce and cucumber! And the most cheap tuna on the market (regarding the awfully smell of it). Then, later , the first day of our residence, we had another surprise. I woke up at 5 am from heat and figured out that electricity went out. I tried to get back to sleep till 7 a.m., but the temperature was going up. Opening a window was not an option regarding the weather temperature. I thought this might be planned by the hotel itself, to cut off electricity while guests were sleeping so they could thrift on the electric bills!! Eventually, I called reception and asked them about the situation. Reception was not shocked at all and just asked our room number and in less than 15sec electricity back to On like magic.

The toilet was not clean everywhere covered by stains of hopefully water!
The type of breakfast was limited and mainly low quality.
The only benefit for me was the parking lot and being quiet.
Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The room I stayed in was delightful; equipment is working properly, bed is comfortable. The bathroom had some lack of cleanliness and comfort.

But breakfast was a complete failure! In all products, the cheapest and lowest quality was preferred. Cooking and presentation was poor, restaurant lighting was also inadequate.
Restaurant employees are not professional at all, they need corporate communication training.

Don’t waste your money, beds are uncomfortable, rooms a dusty, AC doesn't work and hotel staff came into my room without knocking! Also I was supposed to stay 11 nights. Ended up leaving after 5 and now the hotel refuses to give me a refund for 6 nights I didn’t stay. Your better off at the double tree.
