Really great location and very big clean rooms however from 6 am cleaners were making noise on Saturday morning I wanted to rest but noise woke me up last thing I want on holiday to wake up at 6 am on Saturday.

The hotel has a good environment and a good location. The overall hotel is quite good. However, the soundproofing in the room is very poor. You can hear the phone calls of the people next door clearly, and you will be woken up at night.

The indoor pool and that area was all closed which is what I was looking for and not much in the room

Great & central stay in Izmir. We stayed there for 5 nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay at Izmir Ontur Hotel.
Breakfast variety was good and of good quality. Cleanliness is very good. The location is very central and only a short walk to all transport options.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. Highly recommend Izmir Ontur Hotel.

My stay at Ontur Hotel has been an absolute disaster. From outright rudeness to food poisoning and harassment from the male workers at the hotel.
90 % of staff do not speak English and have a hard time communicating with you.
I would also not recommend staying alone at the hotel as a woman. Keep in mind that a lot of reviews online are unfortunately fake.

2 couples 3 nights, great rooms and breakfast. Good location easy walk to the bazaar and seafront. For thoughs that have trouble finding a park out the front, the witches hats are for you. Just move them and park. The staff will be out straight away. They will help you unload, then take your car to the oto parking across the road. Great and very helpful staff. Denis

There was mold on the floor, I got catcalled by one of the workers there, the food tasted like grass, the towels smelled like cigarettes, also the swimming instructor punched my grandma in the face, and didn’t even dare to say sorry!! 1 star is even good for this hotel, never again 🤢!

The rooms were perfect in this hotel. Space was very big and clean. The customer service was very friendly and helpful! However, the location was absolutely horrible. We arrived by car and there was no where to park on the street to even drop off our bags. Not even a second for us to reroute our GPS on where to go. Driving here was extremely stressful and the roads were very very tight and everyone is going so fast. The hotel should provide directions on where to park (across the street in the garage) prior to guests arriving. I tried calling before we arrived but no one answered the phone. Breakfast was expensive, not that great.

great location nice staff lovely hotel.
however we are unable to get room service at night, the dinner time, they said they were busy and get back to us later but we didn’t get any response later on. we called them twice with same result. a bit disappointed with it.
