Good location, good family room, very pleasant service and nice atmosphere. Pools were a bit cold (especially children pool), but sea was wonderful

It would be better if there was a workstation. It would also be better if the sunbed capacity on the beach was increased. We were very pleased with the pavilion service

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious every day

Their team were excellent throughout - the service round the pool and in the restaurants was amazing. The highlight - the chalets at the end of the pier

We hired one twice during the ten day visit and it was well worth the money - again the service was excellent and the cold tub was worth the money on its own in 35 degree heat! As we arrived they added us to a WhatsApp channel that we could use to contact the guest services team (Kardelen and Seren Can) - who were brilliant

I like that the bedding is soft and fluffy. Kemer Beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy swimming in the clear sea. Although it was a bit chilly in early October, the water temperature was just right for swimming

We recently stayed here for 10 nights with our daughters (15 and 13). It was, without doubt, the best hotel we have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent

Comfortable elevators move tourists between the six levels: 4 residential floors, floor reception (level LG) and the bottom (level G), on which are placed bars, restaurants, sauna, Turkish bath, meeting room, cinema, children's play area, fitness room and convenient access to pools, by which you can go to the beach

Greeting us in the reception area with a cookie and offer of a drink whilst they took our passports and checked us in as we relaxed in the lobby bar

We spent 6 days here and it was truly a great experience. Beach and pool areas were both clean and comfortable. Services, foods and drinks were all top notch as well

Now it has many advantages, but it has two major problems: first, the host of the entertainment group (JJ) always speaks insultingly and humiliatingly towards Iranians; While most of the guests are Iranian

At the beach, the water is clean, also the beach is maintained (water is warm that you can swim before the sun rise and watch the spectaculos colourful rising while swimming , also the mountain is visible from the water), but at noon the water sports activities are more intense, so the morning was the best time to spend on the beach (for us at least)

Wheat I liked the best was the SPA, where I had medical massages with a very skilled therapist(with this I want to thank Burek for his efforts), I would never believe that a hotel can have so good therapists and I highly recommend to try it

At the beach fast food there is a lady preparing each day something simple but very delicious (salads with all sorts of herbs, nuggets, potatoes prepared as oriental salad, I don’t even remember all the goodies I’ve tased

This was the most decent hotel regarding the music (not too loud, also we could hear Turkish music) but the surrounding hotels were very noisy, even in the evening to go for a walk you had to pass between loud music

We can highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful relaxation, excellent food, kind and welcoming people, hotel with a good atmosphere, rooms always clean. The hotel has a great wellness SPA

The shower itself had a watering can, but there was no sprayer in the watering can, water poured in a trickle. 4 minus Hot water available from 9:00/10:00 to 19:30. Because it's in barrels on the roof

There is no foot towel in the shower. Consequently, I pray in the shower in flip flops, got out of the shower wet, and carried the water into the room

I put three balls, as this is the golden mean. We were put into a dusty room. There were no chairs on the balcony, although the neighboring balconies had them. Here you can also write an INWORKING bedside socket

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone. But the breakdowns are in the broken back holders. On the beach, non-sellers don't zagalbyvay

Of the pros 1 plus, The room has air conditioning, which cools well 2 plus Kitchen. They feed normally I'm not picky. There are both the first and the second, fruits, vegetables, salads

In short, if you eat for the sake of the sea, then this hotel is a good option. You are in the room, in fact, only spend the night

It is far from water but no one in sight, mountain just near swimming pool, green territory. Most calm place I've seen in Turkey

For me as a smoker - this place was great because nobody is bothered by the fact one smokes and ensures to provide ashtrays, vases or trashbins. You can both smoke by the pools or in the dining area, cafés or restaurants

Rooms require renovation, but the condition is still satisfactory. All other signs: food, entertainment, and location are excellent. Swimming pools clean and tidy

Lovely hotel, beautiful, well-groomed territory. Delicious food, for every taste. We stayed when the hotel was full, but it was very spacious and comfortable. There were always free tables, sunbeds, etc

The whole place is vast and you definitely can go for a jog or a walk around the campound. Plenty of activities and of course, pools

Dozens of different specialty having chefs are preparing food by their serving places in the main food hall and it all is just fresh, delicious and adventurous! You quite literally get food for the night as well if you do not sleep or having insomnia

Two of them are luke-warm pools (I'm not sure why people sit in them during a scorching day but) others are the colder type and quite refreshing! Games are by the pool and in the pool anything you like

Other guests were rude and standoffish, especially in the restaurant (maybe a cultural thing, so i didn't let it affect my score of the hotel) We stayed in a deluxe family room (or whatever it's called) The room was really outdated

We ended up finding local restaurants to eat as we had a hire car, thank god we did or i think i would have given up eating! Again, much of the food seemed aimed at Eastern European cuisine and nothing for kids at dinner

When we arrived at 12am they didn't even say hello, just demanded a booking name and thew me a key. The luggage man was very pleasant, though. Very much the same food everyday, was absolutely sick of it by the 4th day

AC never properly worked, despite many calls to the customer care team, and promises to fix it. It was only mid-may, so the temperature was bare able, god knows how bad it would have been later in the summer

Not aimed at English speaking people, we had a lot of trouble communicating and seemed staff had very little English. The staff that did speak English were very good. Receptionists were always rude, though

Especially those young responsible ones…there is a young responsible girl in pool bar, she was insulting her subordinates. As a customer, its not normal too hear this

A highlight was the exhilarating mountain cable car excursion, offering panoramic views that took our breath away. However, the room's cleanliness, notably the consistently dirty floors, was a minor setback

The sea is crystal clear, all-inclusive system is so much better than in other hotels. A lot of places to go in Kemer. Naturland is a great place to visit, and it is just on the opposite side of the road!

Additionally, intermittent internet access posed challenges. Despite these minor issues, this resort provided an exceptional getaway. We eagerly anticipate returning for another memorable stay

Evening entertainment was enchanting, complemented by a talented photography team who gifted us with the most beautiful photos of our stay

For an active society, there is the opportunity to participate in many animations, such as: incredibly conducted and attractive zumba, water aerobics, volleyball and other sports attractions

For those who prefer relaxation and rest from the daily high concentration of cortisol, and therefore stress, there is a beach available, the ground of which is unfortunately rocky, which may be an additional convenience for some, and an uncomfortable aspect of their stay for others, as well as for me

As for the restaurant offered to guests who have chosen the all-inclusive catering service, I can honestly admit that the food on the menu is very diverse and will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests, especially when it comes to dinner and the desserts and snacks served with it

The rooms are located almost throughout the entire garden, which allows you to admire the botany for unlimited time, which inexorably passes during the moments of relaxation on holiday

In the evenings, there are emotional shows, performances, competitions, parties, as well as live music, which will have a great impact on our emotional well-being

In the afternoon we can also taste the served snacks, both salty and sweet delicacies

For children, dairy-free / milk porridge, boiled turkey and vegetables. Fresh baklava and Turkish sweets, our usual biscuit cakes and panna cotta. From 12 noon you could get ice cream at the bar

The room stock requires updating, there was practically no animation. From entertainment: a water park, a swimming pool on the territory without heating, cold. The gym is a C, table tennis (one table), cycling and hiking

Given the large number of children present, there should be clearly designated smoking areas, and the poolside should ideally be a smoke-free zone

This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal. A lot of pools, very nice deck above sea, private beach, a lot of activities for every kind of guest and the Spa

If you want quiet, ask for a room in the buildings further from the pool. We stayed in the second building with a balcony facing the courtyard — it was lovely, but you can hear the music from the pool in the evening

The beach and sea are beautiful. There are big tents that give good shade, and a pier where kids can jump into the water. The rooms are not big, but they are cozy and comfortable

About the gozleme near the beach — last year, they were made by a very kind woman, and they were always tasty. This year, a different woman makes them. She is not friendly, and her gozleme are overcooked and not tasty

I liked that more — please bring it back. We were surprised to see mosquitoes this year. Maybe it’s because of the weather or the hotel didn’t do prevention. Sometimes we got bitten, which didn’t happen last year

There is a big choice of food. Not all dishes are tasty, but you will always find something good to eat. There is always meat, fish, a special dish of the day, lots of vegetables and fruit

This year, at the beach restaurant, lunch is from a menu — mostly fast food and salads with sauces already added. Last year, there was a buffet with hot dishes, vegetables and fruits

My family and I had an amazing week at Akra Kemer Resort. We truly enjoyed the carefully curated entertainment, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, clearly passionate about their work

The service was top-notch, and the beach was pristine—perfect for swimming. The staff regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable, and the daily activities kept us entertained throughout our stay

The evening shows were also a highlight. One suggestion for improvement: we had difficulty getting reservations at some of the restaurants, even when trying to book 2-3 days in advance

It would be great to have more reservation slots available. Also, having a bit more variety in the daily activities or switching things up would add to the experience

The food was brilliant, not ideal for really fussy eaters but the hotel took pride in the food and every meal was something different and enjoyable. Not much to do outside the hotel but this suited us

The pool was big enough, sunbeds with brollies do go quite fast but theres a section of the beach belonging to the hotel and theres plenty of brollies down there. Quite handy having a shop directly opposite the hotel too

The hotel room fridge was stocked up every day with water, fanta, cola and juice. The indoor pool and Sauna was also really nice and clean. If I was ever to go back to Kemer I would happily stay at this hotel again

We liked the services - staff was nice and friendly even tho most didn't speak English- for me it's quite unacceptable but at some point understandable ( Russian tourists are around 90% here so this is the main language)

Although I strongly recommend to reserve a place early at the morning since a lot of people prefer to stay on the platform and if you come after 8am there won't be any places available

The gardens are beautiful and really taken care of- green all around you and perfect for a walk. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing - especially from the platform in the sea

Among the miniclub staff, the children made a friend in Turkey, Miss Buket, so sweet and loving with children. She does more for them than her job there, she dedicates herself entirely to the children
