We've made vacations in this resort this year! The little boy had a stitch in his lip and had to have the stitches removed while we were in Turkey. But the medical staff there was unable to provide the requested service. We removed the stitch after we returned to Albania. My husband was not feeling well, he had fever and sore throat. They did a routine check-up at the resort where he paid 80 euros for the service, but the worst part of it was that ,the staff there told him that he had to go to the hospital.. And they sent him to a private hospital. Ali bey has his connections with private hospitals for their benefits. He spent a total of 500 euros, whereas if they had sent him to a state hospital, he would have paid something symbolic. Don't they feel a little ashamed and sorry for the tourists who spend a year's savings there? It was the worst experience and I will leave my experience with comments about you and your resort for all vacationers. We paid 500 euros for a sore throat. So if you need a medical treat,go to the state hospitals!

We have just returned from Ali Bey Park and as a family, we would have to say this is one of the best holidays we have been on for a very long time. The whole stay and experience was exceptional. From the settings of the park to the food in all the restaurants. We stayed in a Family Room and we were very happy with the suite. Yes it's a little dated and the shower is a little small but it had everything we needed and was cleaned on a daily biases. Plenty of storage for all four of us and the beds were very comfortable. The setting for the site is just amazing and we loved the fact that you have your own little block for accommodation and not your standard large hotel. The grounds are superb, very well maintained and the walk to the beach or restaurants is always a pleasure. Yes it's a big site but once you get your bearing, it's quite easy to navigate using the grid system and the maps located at every water feature. We ate at four of the restaurants and never struggled to get a table. There was always plenty of choice for all our meals and plenty of variation on the evening meals. For an all inclusive, the food was exceptional. As a family we don't normally watch the entertainment as the kids just want to do their own thing but this time they wanted to watch every show. The shows were excellent and a lot of variety to suit everyone. From the performers brought in, to the entertainment crew, it was outstanding. My only criticism is that even though it says reservation of tables was not allowed, it didn't stop some families leaving objects on tables to reserve them. We would have to get there 45 minutes before the shows just to get a decent table. But what really set this holiday aside from every other was the staff. They're so hard working but always there to help you. From the restaurant to the bar staff, they were so helpful and friendly. Always there to clear tables, take your order and deliver your drinks. It was so nice to have table service for drinks. All the staff are a credit to this hotel. So would we return to Ali Bey? You bet! We have already started looking for next year and the kids are so excited to be returning. Thank you to Ali Bey and all their staff for creating such amazing memories.

I landed in a bautiful oasis, in the middle of nature but with all the high class benefits! Everything is up to the top, and if you try to think of something you would like, it is too late, they have two of them already! It is hard to find something which would bother you, the stuff, the food, variety, lot of choices in food and drinks, lots of pools, and sunbeds, amazing!

Second time visiting (went a couple of years ago) and the standards are still superb. It's a very big place so if you don't like the beach then you have three pools or the water park and that means nowhere is over crowded, and you can get a sunbed later in the day so there's none of that lunacy of people getting up earlier to bag places. Even the bars at the even shows only take a couple of minutes to serve drinks. And even if one restaurant closes you can get food and drinks in any one (inc the all night buffet) and the range of food options in them is massive. Be warned, if you like eating a lot like me then you will come back heavier. Great for families as the customer base is a very nice one and there's loads of staff constantly looking after things who are very helpful. BTW. everything is ultra all inclusive now so you really can order whatever you like at the bar vs old reviews. I also contacted the hotel and got them to arrange transport and that was extremely nice as it takes just over an hour. Little minibar and pick-up right outside the terminal exit rather than a coach or whatever, was worth the cost as they didn't waste any time stopping elsewhere.

I will recomend, it was very quite nature, nice aquapark. And especially the service and the food ( after 6 time i Turkey, finally i eat and drink... imported alcohol, some kinds of different beer, very good food, on this 6 experience in Turkey it was first time i eat delicious dessert.

This was our second stay, It is such a great hotel that I doubt we will ever find better. I have this year documented our stay on tiktok if you would like to see some of the hotel, pools, grounds and shows. We will come again next year. The hotel grounds are beautiful, so many activities for children and adults. Shows are unreal the disney musicals are especially amazing. The costumes, acting and probs are A+++ Parties on the beach were alot of fun. The hotel goes above and beyond The food is great, all real drink brands, coffee shop. Labelled ice creams and ice lollies available all day and until midnight. Short walk to shops, taxi to markets is 15 minutes. I cannot recommend it enough! We will be back Ali Bey

This was our 12th time at the Alibey club Manavgat and it just gets better every time we go love the Hotel the staff and the food and Drinks, It's lovely going back some where and the staff remember you and the whole family can enjoy themselves together, Thanks for another memorable Holiday Alibey see you all again very soon.

Great atmosphere, unlimited foods and drinks. Friendly staff and clean. Polats travel was amazing special mentioned to Zuhal and Yeusuf. The beach and the other amenities are clean. Entertainment are good and mix. We enjoyed our mini holidays.

The resort is much too costly compared to other all inclusive in Turkey. The fitness is not included but needs to be paid separately, the rooms are really small and outdated. The floors are not hovered on a regular basis. We also played tennis and the courts are not in a good condition. During our stay half of the facilities were closed including the water park. While complaining the front office kept on denying any responsibility and was really incompetent. On a positive note all other personnel was really friendly.
