Charisma De Luxe Hotel

Came here for my second time and had a huge fight with the hotel staff wanting to charge my Turkish friend 4,000TL more to stay here. The desk staff are disgustingly rude and patronising, I felt insulted just trying to get an answer from them. Reservation was cancelled and I didn't take a birthday holiday this year and lost all the money because of this hotel.

Very beautiful view and nice restaurant with so many choices.
But the only thing that drove me (not only me) crazy is they allowed their outdoor restaurant, which just under the room window play Very very loud music until 11 pm!
If not so many people went to complain, they would have played that loud music even later! Unbelievable!

Foreigners beware of this hotel! It's common in Turkey for museums to raise prices for tourists, and unfortunately, the Charisma Deluxe Hotel seems to follow suit. We booked two rooms for 2 adults and 4 kids at €4,388.58, which only included breakfast. Upon arrival, we were immediately hit with an unexpected demand for an additional €490.46, making the standard room far more expensive than the advertised rate. Despite showing them the pricing from their own website, they insisted on the extra payment. Exhausted from the long journey and dealing with staff who didn’t speak English, we reluctantly paid the amount to avoid further delays as our kids were tired.

Later, we dined at their Charides restaurant, which was overpriced. When we asked for a small portion of extra vegetables, they charged an additional €10.

Throughout our stay, the hotel's directors and managers refused to meet with us or address our concerns. After returning home, we called and emailed multiple times, but received no response. Even after asking a Turkish friend to contact them and having Booking.com intervene with a refund request, the hotel still ignored us. They never made any effort to resolve the issue.

The customer service is terrible, and the location is extremely windy, making it impossible to swim in the sea. The pool is dirty, with cigarette butts and food floating, and guests openly smoke and eat by the poolside.

Location is nice, but too bad that the hotel receptionist's service level and attitudes are really worst and rude! If you are traveling without a group, please think twice before you book this hotel.

By the well, I have to say a big thanks to one of the young bell boy named Canes. His English profiency level and attitudes is way better than any receptionist and even the manager! He can even solve the problem and understanding what we need as a tourist.
