Voyage Sorgun Hotel

Very pleased with the staff, atmosphere, entertainment, food and everything. Voyage Sorgun staff goes beyond to fulfill visitors expectations. This is the first time we stay at Voyage Sorgun with my family and we are happy to be here. Night shows are exceptional, drinks are high quality with great variety, entertainment for kids broad and fulfilling. The management is open to improvement and kind. Thank you Viyage Sorgun!

My mum and I booked a short trip for some winter sun and we were thoroughly impressed by this hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive, they are very invested in ensuring you enjoy your time and nothing is too much trouble! When you arrive you are added to a WhatsApp group with a hotel assistant who is on hand to answer any questions or help with any issues during your stay. This was a really nice touch. The hotel and grounds are truly beautiful and impeccably clean. Its clear a lot of thought has gone into every element. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a luxury escape in Turkey. When we got home I immediately booked again for my honeymoon next year! Can’t wait to return!

Spent a fabulous five nights here.
The hotel is immaculate, service is incredible as are the facilities.
The food offering is wide and something for everyone, any place and anytime.
The voyage assistant is such a valuable feature! They arrange housekeeping queries, answer your questions, make reservations, even help you find your lost sunglasses! All at the touch of a button. Saves time and inconvenience on holiday - a massive thank you to Bulan one of our assistants who was always so helpful.
Small thing- activities are often not as planned on the app so don’t rely on this.

I have just returned from a week here and can't rate it highly enough. I was with my wife, my elder son and his wife and two young children and my other son. So 5 adults, a 4 year old and an 8 month old.
There was something for everyone at the hotel, with excellent shows, swimming pools, water slides, bars and restaurants, all of high quality and very well maintained. The kids club was much enjoyed by the 4 year old, as was the mini funfair.
The food was superb, we ate in the main restaurant for breakfast and evening and used the other restaurants or the main one for lunches. There is a huge choice of food, and they cater for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free diets.
The staff are all lovely, and helpful, particularly towards the youngsters - it is a very child friendly environment. We had a point of contact on a WhatsApp group and everything we requested - extra coffees/tea for the room, a child seat for the toilet, a baby bath, for example was acknowledged immediately, and delivered within minutes.
We would all be very happy to return.

All is amazing! Super easy, the hotels are very well placed out. Many kitties. The food is amazing but you have to pay for some restaurants sadly but the free ones are delicious also. The desserts are truly amazing, I haven’t seen anything like them. The service is amazing. You get added to a group chat on WhatsApp and you can ask questions about your stay. The territory was great so are the slides. Many pools. I would love to come back but I won’t due to the price sadly.

My family and I, including our twins, recently enjoyed a vacation at Voyage Sorgun Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From booking with Turku Hanım, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and care.

The check-in process was seamless, and the level of service provided by the personal assistants, cleaning staff, bar staff, and restaurant staff was simply outstanding. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The food at Voyage Sorgun was a highlight—delicious and memorable, surpassing even our previous experience at Voyage Torba. I still find myself thinking about the incredible flavors and the high-quality dishes we enjoyed. The variety and taste were on another level, making every meal a delightful experience.

Overall, the professionalism and hospitality of the entire team made our stay remarkable, and we cannot wait to return. Voyage Sorgun has set a new standard for our family vacations, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Impeccable service, facilities, setting... some unexpected delights included the numerous cats, delicious Turkish Pide and the incredibly helpful WhatsApp assistants. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future! Thank you for such an amazing holiday ❤️

We are now at the end of a wonderful stay at Voyage Sorgun. This was the best hotel experience we've had so far. Given the cost, our expectations were high, and they were largely met.

To start with the conclusion: we will definitely return for at least 10 nights.

We were thrilled by most of the services we received. Highlights include the personal assistants, the WhatsApp group, the hotel app, QR codes for ordering at the bars, impeccable cleanliness, hardworking staff, good food, and a very good selection of drinks featuring international brands and canned or bottled soft drinks. The huge screen in the garden for watching Euro football matches was a fantastic touch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved:

The rooms are on the small side. We paid extra for a sea view, but it was near the cooling system and thus noisy.
The rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. The TV is old, the bathroom is tiny, and there's only an 80 cm bar for hanging wet swimsuits.
The beach chairs, except for those on the piers, are not very comfortable. Although there are plenty available,, unfortunately, some selfish and poorly educated guests reserve chairs early in the morning and do not return for hours, which is frustrating.
Some staff members have difficulty with basic English.
The towels in the spa have a damp smell.
The tags in the restaurant are a bit difficult to read.
I think it's too cold on the hallways.

Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent, and we look forward to returning.

Outstanding in every aspect. Having stayed in many all inclusive resorts over many years, this one sets an exceptional standard which will be near impossible to better. Our stay in Voyage Sorgun was absolutely amazing primarily because of the fabulous care and service the hotel team gave us! Starting with the food, the variety was huge, and the quality of every dish was of a very high standard in the buffet, and in the à la carte restaurants . When we wanted a break from the buffet, we dined in the a la carte Chinese restaurant, which we loved. We also enjoyed eating at the various beach side bars for lunch which provide a good range of dishes. There were a wide range of drinks, something for everyone, and the bar staff would quickly make what you ordered, cheerfully! Alongside this, the Patisserie and chocolate bar are highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth, as the desserts are creatively made, absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.

Moving onto the service, we experienced outstanding service, and it was easy to order and have drinks delivered anywhere simply by scanning a qr code.. Linking to this, it was very fun and convenient to be able to jump right into the azure Mediterranean ocean from the jetty, making the resort truly unique in this way. Swimming was one of our highlights, be it in the ocean which is always breathtaking, or be it in the chilling pools, not to mention the five slides in the aqua park, for some thrills. The beach was amazingly clean, and we witnessed many breathtaking sunsets, sitting on the jetty, sipping drinks.

In the evenings, the entertainment was impressive, and when it would get cold in the night, the fabulous team would provide blankets for the warmth needed! Performances, concerts and the nightly disco were great fun! We were super impressed by the stunts and talent! If you wished to take a break from the outside, you could go to the games room to play pool or ten pin bowling, cinema, indoor pool, as well as the spa, where we experienced great treatment, so you would never get bored, because of the range of activities presented!

Overall, an incredible resort, all inclusive and exclusive, can’t wait to return.

From the moment we arrived at Voyage Hotel in Side, we were completely surprised by the excellent service and the extraordinary quality of the staff. What a fantastic reception and what a positive attitude the staff radiates!

Particularly, Ali and Yaşar, the assistants assigned to us as guests, were true standouts. Their involvement and accommodation were remarkable; they went out of their way to ensure that we, as guests, wanted for nothing. This duo truly enhances the hotel, and their approach contributes greatly to the overall satisfaction of the guests.

The hotel’s concept is clearly focused on quality and customer satisfaction, and I can affirm that it completely holds true. As a business owner who also values service highly, this level of service provision was exactly what I appreciate.

Our experience as a family was so exceptional that it surprised us why we hadn’t encountered it earlier. Therefore, I highly recommend to anyone reading this to seriously consider staying here. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss.
