Mustis Royal Plaza Hotel

This is a budget hotel. It's great value. You do have to pay for Aircon and wi-fi if you want these in your room. High level of service the food is OK.

Today is my mum and my last day. I cannot rates this hotel enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful. In all honesty I don't know how they do it given the longs hours they work. Food is lovely and rooms are not so clean.

We had a fantastic time, staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms spotless, food was tasty and plentiful, drinks spot on. Nightly Entertainment was good. The bus terminus is just outside the hotel. So it makes for a good location.
They have a kids' pool and a large slide into the adult pool, which is quite deep. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on a sun terrace.

The bus: 5 mins on no. 2 will bring you to the main strip, 10 to the markets, and 10 mins on the no. 3 to the beach. 25lira pp on the bus.

Fantastic hotel and a safe haven from other less than friendly places. The staff couldn’t be nicer, regardless of whether you stayed at the hotel or simply used it as a bolt hole while exploring Marmaris. No pushy staff, no drama, every moment was a wonderful experience there. The pool is fantastic and the whole place is exceptionally clean. Atilla, Cheeky Charlie, Magic Man, the whole team went above and beyond for us.

This is a surprisingly good & enjoyable hotel.
The hotel is clean & well looked after, lively large pool, well stocked bar, good food & nice bedrooms.
However, the staff are exceptional!
All are friendly & helpful ( well beyond the norm ) & take time to get to know you.
The entertainment is good for families & plenty of tvs for sports.
Special mention to Mario, Kenzo, Charlie & Attila ( the manager)—a really knowledgeable, helpful & nice guy.
Definitely recommend this hotel

Really Enjoy stay there June 2024 whole hotel is brand new carpet shower etc , very clean! Am on budget holiday with my teens; staff is super lovely n helpful!! Pool is great clean! perfect ,hotel out of the way but blue bus right outside run till midnight,convenient shop right outside, Receptionist really help abd great hospitality, we hve to pay extra for air con but really not that bad, highly recommended 😀 👍 👍👍👍👍

The hotel is spotless,the rooms are refreshed daily.
You can clearly see that the hotel has been refurbished to a good standard.

So I don't normally write reviews as prefer to make mynown mind up but I feel I need to put a few things straight.the hotel is a 3 star a 3 star in Turkey is not the same as a 3 star in England so don't expect the ritz,yes thr rooms are dated but let me assure you that they are cleaned every day without fail bed sheets are changed regularly and clean towels are also changed daily.as you would expect with an older hotel it's not going to be marble inlaid bathrooms or state of the art bedrooms but let's be honest how much time do you actually spend in your room? Yes you have to pay extra for aircon and WiFi as I have said its not england.also what are you expecting when you pay around £350 per person for 11 nights? It's a cheap holiday so expect to pay extras.it can be expensive for drinks if you are sitting around the pool all day so pay your bill at the end of the day.the cheapest way to pay for food is to get meal tickets which can be used for either lunch or dinner,all food is cooked in an open kitchen so you can see your food being prepared and cooked it's very fresh and the chef is top draw.the pool and entertainment are excellent. The staff and managers are brilliant and nothing is to much trouble they are always on hand to help with any problems you may cone across thier is also a medic on hand who will look after you if you need him.so to sum up my wife and I have visited marmaras 8 years on the bounce the first 3 years we stayed in the best hotels all inclusive but after finding musti I can honestly say we wouldn't go anywhere else why? Because at musti you are treated like family that's why this year is our 5th of going there.and before I forget the hotel has been updated with all bathrooms and seating downstairs over the winter break.i hope this has helped make your mind up musti really is a home from home
