Overal the place of the hotel is also very nice. You can choose to go to the pool or beach. Even if you dont want to walk 200 meters they bring you with a golf cart! The park is also apropiate for children

Ive visited Nova park in may with family. It really suprised me because its a really good hotel. The room service/cleaning, the food(service) and the animation were really good

You have to take the bus to the city center though, too far to walk. Buses every 5 to 10 minutes, so that's managable

Staff are very kind,there are variety of foods and they are very tasty. Rooms are renovated and they have cleaned every day. Pool is big, Sea has rocks but clean. Almost every night there was night show

We had a rest during the World Cup in Russia, for this purpose they brought a projector with a huge screen into the hotel courtyard, it was a pleasure to watch!!! The hotel has Russian-speaking staff, which was also nice

The room was cleaned every day and it is very suitable for your needs. And there's everything you need in the bathroom from fresh towels to cotton buds. I had backache, and its two singles pushed together

The only downside is the habit of people to “reserve” sunbeds at the pool and leave towels there all day without actually using the place but there was an attempt of staff to fight this a bit

Staff really friendly, waiters polite and asking if we want more drinks (unlike other hotels where they usually came once per dinner if at all). Great variety of food and drinks (see below)

The food was good, this only arranges for breakfast and lunch as there was little to no variation, for a nice dinner there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, for example The Steakhous and Cheers

Holiday from 2 July to 9 July 2019. It was a successful holiday! The hotel is not far from the beach (against payment of a beach bench € 2 per day for the entire day at Linda)

The 7 days we were there were 2 live shows such as a live band with a violin and a belly dance show. The hotel staff are friendly, such as the reception and bar people

The alcoholic drinks such as cocktail, vodka, beer etc, included accommodation (wine was charged)

In general, it is a good hotel, if you go out often and don't stay in the hotel all day

The rooms are spacious, however, we had issues with the electricity cutting out, causing the aircon to stop working. You REALLY don't want that in August in Side. Food in general was well prepared and extremely tasty

There is a bus to take you to the beach. Do keep in mind that the hotel staff does not speak a word of English. if you have any issues it will drive you crazy

Booked the hotel via a travel agency as it was advertised as 5 star resort. However, I would say 3 star is more accurate at best

They also have two pools, very clean and the water has the perfect temperature for the hot weather. The beach is at 10 min walking (alremu beach) and you have sunbed and umbrella for free

Wifi is spot on staff are brilliant all the way from management to caretaker! if you or your family are fussy eaters you may struggle but restaurants are 5 min walk ‘slow pace’ and cheap recommend Cellos Garden Restaurant and bar

The way they made us feel it's incomparable. The food is diverse and so tasty. They offer a Turkish night per week and you get to experience everything from food, to music and to entertainment

Room service everyday with very nice cleaning ladies. The guys from reception are very helpful and also smiley. The whole personnel is kind, happy and knows how to make you happy

They also have very good cakes, and different desserts every lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean and you have air conditioning, towels and 2 bottles of water in the fridge/day

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Pluses: the hotel is in a great location, you can walk along the seashore to the city of Side, and visit various attractions. Good beach, access to the sea there is sand everywhere

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

There is plenty of fun things to do for children! Fairground, games room with tenpin bowling, water park, play ground and many more things to do

Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

Everything seems to be there: several types of eggs, cheeses, muesli, porridge, grilled vegetables, fresh vegetables, tasteless pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice. For 7 days it begins to seem that there is nothing)

On the advice of my mother (who came here 4 times already) and other acquaintances, we chose Kumkoy beach this year. The food is very monotonous and always cold. The buffets are much smaller than other years

in a bar you get your drink in the morning and in the afternoon and the same bar they say we do not serve this drink in this bar. Management must have better control over staff behavior toward guests

Several bars with the quality manufacturers drinks. Beach bar, restaurant and private section of beach are very close to the hotel. They have themed beach parties at night,truly brilliant

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: there was most often no staff at the N-joy Bar between 8-10 AM, and we frequently received instant coffee instead of freshly ground coffee

Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The highlight was the spa. The service and turkish bath was absolutely amazing, would highely recommend to anyone visiting.

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

The hotel is located right on the beach, which was perfect. Beautiful sandy beach and plenty comfy sunbeds. Also several swimming pools available. There was plenty of space, people were not on top of each other

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach. Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees. Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

The stairs in to the pools have standard ladders but also have more accessable steps. Most areas have multiple ways to get to the same place, you just have to work out the easiest way for you

Worth visiting. The hotel has everything inside to keep people enjoying. We went to Antalya last week and despite it was cold we could enjoy just by being in this place.

Free mini bar in the rooms is a nice touch and you can help yourself to soft drinks from the various fridges between 8am and 6pm. Hotel has a number of cats that live in the grounds

We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch

We were at Side Star Elegance end of December until 1st of January. It’s s great place for the kids and adults. Rooms were spacious and had 2 separate rooms in the ocean view family room

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

We went there for our anniversary in august 2023 the temperature was from 30 upwards. It’s a nice hotel located close to shops and beach. 5hours walk away to see the ruins and there are 2 signs “SIDE”

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

The only negative point is that the entertainment at the “entertainment pool” could be a but better and better music. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The beach is great, I also have not yet seen a better pool in a hotel. Friendly staff, good quality food, comfortable rooms , all in all the perfect holiday atmosphere

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves

There's a lot of animations, I especially liked the ones in the evening. It's also a pretty cool place for people who like to party, cause they even have a night disco near the beach almost everyday

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

The resort offers an incredible variety, with three stunning pools, seven diverse restaurants, and a fantastic water park that kept us entertained throughout our stay

There was a shuttle service to the beach, it’s only a 2 minute ride on the golf buggy or it’s an easy 6 or 7 minute walk. Food served on the beach was also excellent. Nice soft sand, shallow warm waters to paddle in

One of the real gems of our visit was the Olive Bar, where Stella, the barmaid, made every moment special. Her warm personality and expert drink-making skills added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evenings

The Barry mini club and entertainment were a massive stand out for us, as were the friendly and super helpful staff wherever you went! Our kids are 4 and 7 and they adored the activities and staff in Barry Club - there was so much for them to do from pottery, science experiments, baking, arts and crafts

The meals rotate around chicken, beef, fish and just rotated on a daily basis. The food is very bland and we decided to eat at the locale restaurants on many occasions. Fresh towels are not supplied daily

Negative points Veg foods is very difficult to find unless you are prepared to eat salads and cheese for the duration of you holidays. Chips are serviced for breakfast, lunch and tea not a great option

Don't be fooled by the many unoccupied sun beds, Germans and Russians are up at 0700 and "reserves" one for the entire day, even though they'll only use it 1-2 hours, and there aren't enough for all.

Enjoyed a Turkish bath and body massage for the first time at very reasonable prices. Very clean throughout the resort. Large lounge area and bar to chill out. Outdoor swinging pool (cold) and bar
